Pros:The resort was definitely beautiful and clean.
Cons:I believe it needs some upgrades for it to be 2021 but make no mistake it was still a lovely stay. Staff was excellent.

Pros:Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful, room and all common areas were extremely clean, nice scenery, and beautiful views . Pool was not crowded. Room was inexpensive.

Pros:Garden area was beautiful! For pictures, for relaxing and eating out there. The shops were a walking distance. Just perfect!

Pros:The location is relaxing but the hotel is in need of a refresh. The surrounding village need some makertkng help.
Cons:Night one was fine. The next night a loud group moved in next door and began playing music late at night. Our room began to smell like cigarette smoke, so we assume it was coming through the ventilation system from another room. We called the front desk around 2:30 AM and it took 2–3 minutes for someone to pick up. The noise issue wasn't resolved nor was the smoke. We heard music and smelled more cigarette smoke later in the the morning around 10 AM. This is a non smoking property.

Cons:Charged for Resort Facilities which I did not use. The worst thing is guests have no choice in the matter. You check in , You must pay. That is terrible.

Pros:My fiance and I were treated horribly. We were racially profiled. It felt like a scene from A Raisin in the Sun. They clearly do not work African-American guess to be there and they treated us that way. It only we're not giving any information about the facility the amenities but were denied access to the spa amenities when we decide to go. We were paying a resort fee and cannot enjoy anything about the resort. All the amenities closed at 7 o'clock when no one told us about this. The biggest issue is that there was an attempt to charge my credit card over $6,000 my bank stop the transaction and the only restitution was an inexpensive cheap bottle of red wine given to our room. There was a horrible customer service. Everything was tug and pull it was not a courtesy or any type of kindness. A terrible experience at Lake Las Vegas would never do it again and will file a report with the Better Business Bureau.

Pros:ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
Cons:THEY WERE RUDE, ARROGANT AND TRY TO STEAL MONEY OFF MY WIFE'S CREDIT CARD(6,831.00). THEY ALSO KEPT US OUT OF OUR ROOM WHEN WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM! WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE POOL AND SPA BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSED EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE DIDNT SPECIFY. THE ROOM WASNT COMPLETELY CLEAN. WE FELL WE WERE TREATED LIKE THIS BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK. KAYAK SHOULD REALLY DO A THOUROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO THIS HOTEL AND THEIR MANAGEMENT IT FOR NO OTHER REASON, FRAUD AND THEFT!

Cons:Had to wait four hours to check in. Payed for a room with a lake view and was given a room with a view of the courtyard because they must have overbooked. Was not compensated at all for my time or being given the wrong room.

Cons:A/C was poor for the heat in the summer time. Requested a new coffee pot, didn't show up. Requested additional towels, didn't show up. No hotel restaurant for dinner.

Pros:Beautiful location. The breakfast option at the hotel was excellent. We were sad to miss it our second night when we had to leave early for the airport. The outdoor pool and hot tub were delightful and the perfect endcap to a week long trip to see the canyons.
Cons:Two double beds instead of two queens made things a bit cozy in terms of sleeping arrangements for a family of 4.
