The Suites at Hershey are exactly what they sound like: sweet escapes in the town so famous for chocolate, the air smells of it. Comfortable suites provide all the room you'll need to host the whole family, and even enough space to burn some energy after touring, and trying, the chocolate factory. Proximity to the area's popular attractions is perfect and so close that you can actually smell chocolate from the suite balconies. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are guest favorites, and firing up a BBQ dinner at one of the onsite grills is a family tradition of many. We are a cashless resort. All charges must be paid with major credit card only.
Friendly staff an F very beautiful, clean rooms.
We only spent one night, but are planning a return trip. Very nice facility, spacious rooms, clean and friendly staff. While it wasnt a problem for us, the parking availability seemed less than ideal if they were to have a full house of guest. We got a good rate which made it even more worth I recommend this condo like setting, especially for large families, or just those who'd rather not be confined to your standard size hotel room.
The hotel was the best. The location was near all the attractions, and across the street from the outlets at Hershey. Beautiful suite with a gas fire place, every was as decribed would go back tomorrow if I could. Thank you for a lovely trip.
I love this hotel so much. It's comfortable, roomy, quiet. Absolutely fantastic!
This resort is great. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a 2-Bedroom Suite that was beautiful and very spacious. There was an indoor pool, outdoor pool, and a great game room; our kids loved it. Also, the fact that it is right in the heart of Hershey Chocolate World makes it perfect. We were extremely pleased.
First of all, we are Gold Bluegreen Owners. Our room (1405) was not ready, when we arrived. We were a little before check-in, so that was ok. We were given a different room (1402) without any explanation. First of alll, the remote to the Big Screen TV did not operate the TV. We had to call maintenance 3 times before they finally came. When they did, my daughter and I were in the Master bedroom unpacking. Our husbands had gone out. We heard the door opening, looked out and the maintenance man was standing in the kitchen. He had just opened the door and walked in!!! After fixing the remote, I asked him about the thermostat. He said not to 'mess with it'. He didn't either, I might add. All weekend long, our room was either 77 degrees or the AC was on. It would not shut off!! We did NOT have a fireplace. We did NOT have the whirlpool tub. We didn't even have an outlet in the bathroom in which to plug a nightlight. The train kept me awake all night long the first night. The whistle/horn blew 5-10 minutes before the hour EVERY hour all night long. We were to have a view of the park and clubhouse. Instead we had a view of a roof next door.\nWe, of course, always stay at Bluegreen Resorts. This was, undoubtedly, the worst of all.\n
Excellent location for seeing the sights at Hershey. We chose not to use the daily maid service\nbut it is available. We enjoyed the spacious accomodations and separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It was located near a train track but we were not disturbed by the few trains that past by. However, if this is a concern for you, I would recommend requesting a room furthest from the tracks. Our daughters loved having the outlet stores next to us and shopped whenever they could. We would definitely stay here again and be sure to eat at the 'Fresh Pantry' located in Hershey center. Finally, the Hershey Suites staff were very polite and helpful.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The configuration was great - 2 queen beds in one bedroom with its own bathroom that also opens to the kitchen for others to use and 1 king bed in the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms had their own TV in addition to a TV with DVD player and stereo in the living room. Some living rooms have a projection TV in the living room and others have a normal TV but also have a gas fireplace. The kitchen is full sized and well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware. There is an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The outlets are right across the street along with Wendy's and Red Robin being really close. The only possible downside to this hotel is its proximity to some train tracks. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a quiet room when you make your reservation. We discovered this problem our first night and the staff was amazingly helpful in switching our room the next night. We would definitely stay here again - there is so much space in the rooms in which to spread out and the park is 5 minutes away. We could even see the hotel from the tops of several of the rides at Hershey.
This place was fantastic - we had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and separate living area, and paid $*/night. The suites are just down the street from Hershey Park. We stayed in New York later in the week at a hotel that cost over double what we paid here in Hershey, and the rooms were NO WHERE near as nice as these. The only thing that stunk was that they reserve one parking space per suite in the indoor garages, so coming back to the suites late at night required that we park outside.
