It started off roughPros:Decent car, very cleanCons:The rental process was flawed, at best. Because I was dropping off at another location, they wanted to put me into a standard car, but my rental was for a full size car. Further, the rental agreement had to be filled out by hand, and customers were queuing behind me, impatiently. The rental agent had to call a manager at home, because he didn't know how to rent the vehicle, because it was a manual agreement and I was returning to another location.Reviewed Oct 5 2016
