Pros:Great car and a great priceCons:Pick-up was a nightmare... No cars were ready. I waited 45 minutes while one of the employees drove around town to pick up a car from either another location or an oil change. Was promised compensation in the form a credit. Pros:Very easy and straight forward pricing.Cons:The insurance was a little confusing. The coverage I bought from the site was through a third party company. Hertz didn't show I had purchased insurance. In the future I would just buy from hertz.Reviewed May 28 2016
