I'm actually thinking of buying the Nissan Rogue Sport 2020. The car was so much fun to drive. Also, we rented the car from Hertz as manager's choice. I will always do that from now on. We got a fantastic car, way more fancy than if we had specified a type of car. The staff was amazing. The only thing was that Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off and Hertz does not.Reviewed Jun 21 2022

Cons:The branch manger, Alex was very rude. The car was full of pet fur and he didn’t want to vacuum the car. He instead said upgrade or leave. We planned a trip to Times Square and was unable to get a one-way rental elsewhere. I will not use this car rental agency again!Reviewed May 28 2021

Pros:On line it said I was renting a Ford Focus or a car comparable. It was the size of a smart car. It was in my opinion a sub compact car not a compact.Cons:Don’t advertise similar to a larger car when it isn’t true. Will never go back to Hertz. Pros:Pickup and drop off was easy. Car was clean and everything was the way it was promised. Salesman was professional and didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t want.Cons:The only negative was the location doesn’t have a Dropbox so I had to go back in the next morning. The drop off the next was was quick and easy but I would have preferred dropping off the night before so I could get to work earlier.Reviewed May 4 2018

Pros:NothingCons:The car was very uncomfortable to sit in. The cruise control quit working and they wanted to charge me a drop off fee because I had to leave it in another state. It was very difficult to reach someone to rent another vehicle and I ended up renting from another company.Reviewed Sep 6 2017

Pros:Car was comfortable and had enough room for luggage for 4 people. Nice Ride Easy Pass availability. Started out paying cash and quickly decided it was a worthy thing to use. Thanks. Very poor servicePros:Nothing this time was good.Cons:They didn't have any cars to rent out despite reservations made in advance. They didn't notify us of this issue until we already drive the 30 mins to get there and also couldn't say whether or not they would have any cars to rent out before they closed. I was given an 800 number to call to cancel my reservation and they wanted to charge me $100 for the fee of cancelling it. I told the man that is crazy because I didn't have a choice, he agreed to waive it for me. It wasn't waived last time I checked my card. They did keep $100 and I am very upset. They didn't even try to make the situation any less infuriating or give any vouchers like a normal company might after screwing up so badly. Will never rent there again.Reviewed Jun 13 2017

Had to work for itPros:New tires on the rentalCons:Prepaid for SUV several days in advance, yet location didn't have a vehicle on he day-of. Delayed pick-up 4 hours & still had to return to location, then wait while tires were replaced on our rental (at least that was a positive!) Felt like they really just wanted me to cancel & alleviate their problem (it was now closing time.) I didn't want to cancel & have to wait for a refund of over $400; I didn't want to drive 45 minutes to the airport to see what they had; I didn't want a minivan or car - I simply wanted the SUV I prepaid for. It eventually worked out, but we were given a dirty SUV. Not having passengers in the back, so we just dealt with it. Have had better experiences there!Reviewed Mar 7 2017
