Pros:Staff was easy to work with and drop off at airport was a breeze.Cons:It was not the car we expected. Was supposed to have Chevy Equinox and was given a Jeep Compass. The comfort level was okay, but several features in the car did not function as they should have. It was just an okay experience.Reviewed Nov 9 2020

DisappointedPros:The pick up and drop off was easy and stress free.Cons:I had asked for a mini van and when I went to pick it up they didn't have one and gave me a Ford Expedition that was 4 wheel drive. Which for horrible gas miliage and was so top heave once I got my family in there I had asked for a mini van for a reason. Not an SUV.Reviewed Mar 1 2017
