No credit card, no car!Cons:If you don't carry a credit card cause you only buy things you can afford, HERTZ won't accept your online rental. Only after I was driven 25 miles to the location, Dropped off, and waited an hour for the HERTZ rep to come back from lunch did I learn this. I had to walk 2 miles to an Enterprise rental car to get a vehicle. Which, coincidentally, I will exclusively recommend and use in the future.Reviewed Jun 9 2017

Pros:Israel was very friendly. I dropped off the vehicle just as she was going to lunch, and she didn't hesitate to give me a lift back to the body shop to pick up my car. Office was clean and easy to find.Cons:My rental vehicle had some bug debris on the windshield and extensively on the front bumper. Very clean insideReviewed Mar 22 2017
