Staff was very caring
Although we tried to get a non smoking room we were unable to; thus we got stuck in a smoking room. The smoke smell was overwhelming and even the hall wreaked of smoke. The staff was very helpful in this regard.I recommend this hotel.
It provided a comfortable and safe lodging for a weekend in Waco, watching tennis matches.
The location was directly adjacent to IH35, and quick on and off taking only a few minutes to get to the different sites of tennis. But located right behind a convenience store left little ambience. I wasn't there for the ambience,& the stay was great.Enough said.
Love the staff
Not one thingOne of the best in Waco TX
Staff, cleanliness and breakfast.Very helpful staff, super-clean rooms, great breakfast.
Good courteous service
The maid woke me up prematurelyGreat place to stay
Location. I was surprised that the breakfast include real eggs and bacon.
It felt dirty, including the roomWould not stay here again. Its dirty and is located between a gas station and a john deer repai facility.
requested non smoking room did not get one they tried to spray it though
clean nice rooms. staff very friendly and helpful
very loud doors and no noise insulation. could hear everything above us and all our neighbors most of the night. did not sleep at the sleep inn. i was staying at this hotel to take the GRE nearby and had to wake up early. bad experiencewon't be staying again.
When I arrived, I asked for a non smoking room and the attendant said that I would be charged an extra $10 to have one. I have been doing priceline rooms for many years and never have I been charged for a nonsmoking room. Is this across the board?Continuing from the box above, Is being charged for a non smoking room across the board or just with Choice hotels? I had never experienced this before.
