Pros:
Pickup & drop off was relatively painless. Neither rep demonstrated a welcoming attitude. All business. Pickup rep was eating while helping the customer ahead of me at pickup.Cons:
A quick review of operating functions would have been helpful. I am a senior citizen not used to the new electronic wizardry. My wife & I spent a few minutes doing that at pickup and later again with headlight & windshield wiper settings. Picking up a vehicle and being thrust into traffic with rainy weather is not my idea of fun.10.0 Wonderful

Easy process for pick up and drop off. Friendly staff.Cons:
Vehicle did not seem to be cleaned before pick up at all. All windows were very dirty, and smell wasn’t the most pleasant. I had to purchase an air freshener and also felt that i had to sanitize the vehicle myself. I was not confident that it was done between rentals.6.8 Okay

When we had a car problem it took 2.5 hours and 6 employees on six different calls, 2 different locations because we were sent to one that he no cars- all to get a new rental car. Very frustrating.2.0 Poor

The staff at the north loop location was helpful for getting me on my way as quickly as possible.Cons:
I received a call to confirm the appointment and asked for a pickup. It was outside their pickup area but in another and do they moved my reservation over to the other location. When I called to confirm on the day of, the other location said they didn't have cars. So I went back to the original location. They were able to pick me up and get me on my way but it cost me about an hour of my time and some extra phone calls that I would have preferred not to have to make.Avis

Actually nothing, I am completely disappointed in the Hertz location at IAHCons:
I received a call at the last minute on Wednesday indicating that Hertz would not fulfill my request on Thursday morning. After calling around all other stores in Houston, I was unable to obtain a car. TERRIBLE Customer service.2.0 Poor

I received a call the morning i was supposed to pick up the vehicle, that they didn't have it available. This call was at 9:00 am and was to pick up the vehicle at 2:30. Called cust. service and explained the situation, but they had nothing to say except "sorry" and wasnt able to help me.Cons:

The reservation was set for a time and place where the rental facility was closed. Hertz couldnt refund me blaming 3rd party responsibility. I had to take au more than twice the 1st price paid and never received a refund for the first payment. My calls to you were never picked up.
