Very nice room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The workout room was very small and some equipment was broke.
Our first night, the air conditioner wasn't working and made a loud rattling noise. We changed rooms the next day and it was fine.
The hot tub in the room
Didn't seem like the room was getting cold
The hotel itself was very nicely appointed. The room was clean, had all the amenites that were promised. The staff were very polite and helpful. The public areas were easily accessible, clean and well appointed as well.
I was very disappointed that their shuttle did not pick up at the train station (lee than 11 miles). And they would not take us to the college so that we coudl get my daughter registered which was the point of the whole trip. (that was 7.4 miles)
Liked size of room, had a fridge, microwave, fireplace, like size of tub (for showering purposes), good cold A/C. Mattress and pillows were excellent. Decent free breakfast. Couldn't beat the price of $--- a night.
Bought groceries and the fridge totally froze it all solid. Toilet was loose so when you sat and got up it made noise. Shower door was the worst...rickety, let cold air in , didn't offer much privacy and looked cheap. Not sure what it's purpose was.
Room was spacious and clean. Location was ideal...close to the historic district of Savannah.
easy access, sheetz right across highway, clean , everything worked great , fridge fireplace ,jacuzi tub.
The rooms were clean and well decorated and the staff was very personable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. It was a wonderful experience and I would certainly return here.
The breakfast room could have been bigger to handle the number of people coming for breakfast. That's why I gave the public spaces a 7.
Everyone was very friendly, an helpful.
It was very clean and had a free continental breakfast
The people up stairs were jumping on the bed.
Very friendly employee in the breakfast room. Large room, with couch.
Very weird sliding doors between the shower and the bedroom. Never seen anything like it. Pillows were not comfortable. Furnishings were tired and dated. Definitely not up to the standards of a three-star hotel.
Lo ved the eggs and bacon which varied from day to day. Jimmy dean bowl mix was on friday. Belgium waffles and juices too.
The room must of been really nice when it was new. Signs of ware and needing repair all over the room, but still functional for a business trip.
This hotel's star rating of 2 is correct. It desperately needs updating.
