This hotel was very clean. The price included a very good hot breakfast. Pool and spa area very clean. We were there during biker week and the hotel was very crowded, but there was plenty of everything for everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay somewhere close to Mt. Rushmore and in the Black Hills.
The Holiday Inn Express was modern, clean and packed with extras. Full breakfast every morning and work-out room to burn it off. A pool and jacuzzi for relaxing after a day of sightseeing was perfect! Two thumbs up!
The hotel was clean, comfortable and had the amenities advertised, all in working condition. The breakfast area was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed here to visit the wonderful national parks in the area. Along with being close to several, the hotel was very modern and well kept. The kids loved the pool and as always, the free breakfast. I highly recommend
Central location makes for short day trips to the caves and scenic drives. Staff always helpful and concerned you are having a good time. Breakfast had variety and seemed to change daily. Drive to the airport in early morning was a breeze. Watch out for deer driving in the Black Hills.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed during one of the busiest weekends and still enjoyed our stay.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, great suits, nice new feel and great breakfast. The pool was a little cool. Needs to be warmer in the colder months. I wish Holiday Inn would get bigger pillows. They were good, but they give you 4 to 6 small pillows for the king bed. You roll over and you end up in the divide of two pillows. That disrupts my sleep. Over all it's a great place to stay.
Hotel was nice, clean and looked brand new, very cordial staff. all in all a great stay. Town rolls up sidewalks at 5 pm in the off season.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, desk staff was wonderful, good location. Very kid-friendly, nice pool, decent exercise room for a small scale hotel. Our only complaint was breakfast - very limited, virtually no fresh fruit but to be honest every place in the Hill City area was like that (plus, it's a free breakfast we're talking about, so what would you expect!) Overall a great place to stay and very economical.
The Staff here, especially the AM staff, was incredible. I have stayed in just about every high end hotel the is including The Ritz and the Four Season. This staff has them beat. They care about you because they want to care, Not because they are being paid to care. Thanks for the broom for the snow and the snow balls in the middle of May.
