No pool no beach no restaurantno bar no assist to acquire boarding passes for return flight1 out of 3 elevators working haul your own luggage not... more on Travelocity

The hotel is adequate, the renovated rooms clean, sparce, tiled floor and hallway noisy. Hotel is being renovated, badly run down, will still be a dated property when renovations are done (years?).

This is now a 3 star hotel working towards 4. I stayed 2 weeks Oct. 14 until 29th Oct. 2009, and with the cheapest rate came a great view of Hilo Bay.... more on Travelocity

The hotel has a great location, right by Hilo bay and a stone's throw from Hilo airport and dining joints.The hotel itself was pretty disappointing.... more on Travelocity
