Location was key on this trip.
Not the fault f the hotel, but someone was banging on their horn early in the morning, when I got up to look out the window, they yelled, go back to bed, then they came over and banged on the door. Idiots!
Centrally located in town.
The bedspread had cigarette burns in it. The sheets had hair on it. The carpet wasnt vacuumed. The shower filled with water. The toilet was so wobbly i thought it would fall over. The shower curtain was to short so water went straight to the floor.
No WiFi. The advertisement says that there is WiFi but depends on the location of your room it don't work. I had to change rooms due to the toilet was leaking.
staff... Front desk
worse continental breakfast ever... If you could call it breakfast... :( Smelly rooms Didnt feel safe in area
Some one spit in the sink and every time you turn the water on it eventually comes up. That's was just nasty. I didn't want to wash my hands in that sink. And it had a water leak in the bathroom
Staff was friendly and helpful
The room had three doors into it. The couch was very worn. It was pretty scary.
Like the way the room set up
Also could add movie channels to cable
beaten by bed bug, someone throw up in the restroom it was nasty. room was so unclean. non coffee pot.It was horrible. even they charge $10 more for each room.never never stay there please.
was cheap. Room size/amenities fine. Location excellent.
place was more than a bit on the dirty side
It was close to my family and allowed me to have my dog.
The room is old and run down. The breakfast was not good nor enough for a hot breakfast.
Was placed in a smoking room when i requested non smoking. I was sick all night and had to be moved
The friendliest customers service the employees gives the customers
No everything was terrific
The staff were wonderful and very kind.
My door to the hotel room needed to be fixed, someone could easily get into our room. When I told the staff they said they had a work order for it but it had not been completed and yet they put me in that room.
The staff was nice.
the room was stink like mold, toliet seat old and brown, the bed sink in the middle.shower curtain was dirty. this was a very bad experience for my wife and I.
The swimming area was nice and clean.
The room looked I cleaned. It had a foul odor, and the carpet had stained spots. There were bugs in the rooms. The cleaning crew was unprofessional. Someone tried to break into my vehicle.
There was jelly, but no bread (no toast, bagels, or English muffins).
The price was the best thing about this hotel.
The room could have been cleaner. The areas of the room that were dirty are things that shouldn't be overlooked by housekeeping. This hotel included breakfast, but it was VERY minimal and disappointing. They only allowed one plate of food per person.
yes there were cars parked in front of my room that were not moved for 3 days a black Jeep Wrangler and a black Chevy truck the room was dirty the mattres had cigarette burn holes in it the room door security latch was broken off and walls dirty and holes
internet in Stafford great if I'm going to wine it's going to be about a hard bed
