It's a beautiful hotel that's quite far from the city, but easily accessible by the city bus which drops you off at the front of the hotel. The staff are all very friendly and speaks really good English. Pricey, but the room is a decent size. It's located near the port, so there's a ferry directly behind the hotel and you can buy your tickets at the hotel. Ideal for those who wants to go to Miyajima. There's internet rental, but pretty pricey as it goes for * yen per 10 minutes (roughly translating to about $* per 10 minutes).
