Lobby is under a complete renovation
The front staff were great. The hotel was in a good location for our trip.
The hotel is undergoing renovations so no breakfast. The first room they put us in had a screaming baby next door. They moved us to a handicap room where the shower flooded. They moved us to another room the next day but expected better from holiday inn
The staff was very nice! Front desk personnel appeared to be caring and was quick to upgrade our first room (which smelled) to a suite. Also the lady at breakfast was very friendly.
The hotel was very old, had a bad smell, densely furnished, No Dust-ruffle-could see boxsprings, no continental breakfast , small TV without HD, windows and mirrors dirty, hot in the halls, .... very disappointed!
I loved everything about this hotel including the room rate.
They charged me 95$ for incidentals.
Bathroom was dirty. Floor was sticky. Room was humid. Coffee in lobby was lukewarm at best. Not what I normally experienced at Holiday Inn.
Should have complementary breakfast like similar hotels.Didn't workout due to lackluster facility.
The room was very spacious and very clean.
Close proximityTo everything
No rolloways beds no comp breakfast
I liked the safe environment and sense of security.
No free breakfast..some fruit, yogurt, and muffins wouldve been greatly appreciated.
The location is very convenient to places to eat. The hotel lobby was spacious and our room was very nice with a microwave and refrigerator. The shower was large.
Nice hotel. Fairly clean. Enjoyed my stay there.
A few small problems - the bathtub was slow to drain, and the toilet paper holder was loose. The pool water was a little green.
Hard to find an employee.
We had to move to 3 different rooms before we had a acceptable room.
The location is great it's within 20 minutes in different directions of nice places to shop and eat. For the most part the front desk and housekeeping staff were great especially the young lady that checked us in; she deserves to be recognized.
I did not like that the Hotel website information portrays a very different environment as far as having refreshments, an operating lounge and restaurant instead of just a kitchen type option. It really needs to be remodeled at least the room I was in.
location was desirable , hvac unit was quiet , front desk staff directed me to a great place for a run.
toliet didn't work properly, bathroom floor was sticky
Room was dingy. Lamp shade torn, chair broken, mattress awful. Peeling wallpaper. Noisy. Felt dirty
The staff were terrific, esp. in the morning. They realized I had little time to sightsee before leaving town and was too late for breakfast, so they went back and had the chef make me something quickly and then would not let me pay for it. Nice people!
The hotel near the the college we were visiting
The bathroom smelled like sewer and mildew. The bathroom counter and sink seemed sticky.
TV did not work. Three days for the hotel to move me to another room.
Pool closed, hallways smell like smoke, rude personnel
Staff was extremely helpful despite the obvious maintanence staff and plumbling issues.
First room - the toilet was out of orderthey moved us to another room in which the sink was out of order.
Staff was friendly
Getting into elevator stepping over beer and had to go to 2nd floor to get ice
Liked the layout from a security perspective. Everybody has to go through lobby in or out.
My room was not vacuumed, the toilet continued to back up, and the furnishings were very poor.
They had to switch my room twice. First time there was a disassembled air conditioner lying on the floor. Second time I was next to a band having bluegrass jam session. Not what I needed night before my interview
staff was top notch, very helpful
changing internet provider, so no internet service tv picture was analog, no digital
The cleanliness was about it for me.
I first waited for the receptionist to maybe after 10 min while she changed from another job Then she gave us a handicap room. The door looked as if it had be broken into with a crow bar or something, you could see in the room thought the crack.
Vicinity to expressway and eateries.
The hotel was unoccupied, I and only one guest were there. The TV channels consistently lost signal during the shows. The restaurant closed early without notice due to no one being at the hotel. It was not a good experience.
Location, free parking and free WiFi
Minor cosmetic issues with the room. First room had a broken toliet
The location is fine.
The woman on the front desk was very poorly trained and obviously did not know her job well. I went into the dining room to have a light dinner. I wanted to order a cocktail with vodka...and was told 'they didn't have no vodka'...The mattress was bad.
It suited where I needed to stop
The staff are rude and treat you like you are a nuisance to have arrived or asked a question
Wifi signal was intermittent. Carpet in hallways was horribly stained. Elevators reeked of smoke and disinfectant.
The hotel was alright. The breakfast was good
Our room had a television that was faulty which made the stay not totally enjoyable since one of the reasons we stayed overnight was to watch a football game on television
staff was not interested in guest. looked like a new hotel from outside but was furnished from a thrift store
carpets in hallways are terribly stained and parts of the hotel looks beat up even though it's supposed to be new. The door to our room looked like somebody had tried to break in by prying it open with a screwdriver?
Pillows and bed. Leaky lavatory. Shower rod fell off.
Friendly staff, great location.
No Jacuzzi. No drinking water in the fitness room. Internet speed was too slow. if you plan on working remotely from your room, forget it. Rest of the stuff is good.
Clean room, convenient to our off-the-beaten-path location.
The room contained only half-sized pillows. We would prefer that Holiday Inn provide full-size pillows for the bed.
The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very neat, clean and fresh. We had no problems at all while staying here. This was a very nice hotel to have spent our anniversary at. Thanking the travel agency for a good deal and a great hotel.
