Location was great for us to go out to the Pearl Harbor Memorial and Queen Iolani Palace. It's also the place where several bus lines intersect.
NoThis hotel room is more like an apartment than just a room. There was a full kitchen including a large refrigerator and full cook-top. The pool is on an upper floor. Within one block there is a drug store and several places to eat. We walked to the Aloha Tower and the waterfront.
The room was nicely organized and gave us the extra room and eating, sitting and cooking areas that we appreciated for this long of a stay and for having friends in the suite. The near-by parking was convenient.
Even if we were on the 24th floor, the traffic noise was quite loud, all day and all night.
They allowed us to use the pool after we checked out as we were not flying to Kona until 7pm.
Price was higher than we expected. When we bid for the hotel we were trying for a hotel near the airport but ended up with the Executive. Felt the price was far too high though understand the season meant rates were high.
great room with great Honolulu viewGreat Hotel if you would like to stay in the business district from Honolulu. Even for sightseeing in Honolulu th eplace is a great start.
$18.00/day parkingGreat location well away from the Waikiki crush...near interesting Chinatown and restaurants
lOCATION TO THE PIER FOR CRUISE SHIP.
NOVERY ACCOMODATING STAFF. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL.
I loved the spaciousness and the comfort of the bed.
Inconvenience in loading, unloading and parking. No bell hops to help unload, no convenient loading zone, a useless 10 minute grace period in their parking structure. Get used to paying a minimum of $4 to register as their guest.Great rooms, but no aloha. With the broken escalator and no signs telling guests where to check in this Aston Hotel does feel quite unfriendly. It's a bit of a labrynth navigating to the lobby and parking structure. Management should give a special validation in the parking structure for their guests checking in. The 10 minute grace period is both laughable and insulting with the guest bearing the brunt of the joke. It takes 10+ minutes to locate an available parking space, 10 minutes to get to the lobby, and 10 minutes to get to your room. Go to the Aston only if you have carry on luggage and are taking a cab to the hotel.
Big room and location.
Front dest is located on the basement and there was no one to help use find our way. I had to have my fiance look and find where we could park and check in.
Good location, continental breakfast.Location to Aloha tower and cruise ships.
great view, large room
the bathroom floor had hairs on it when we checked in. Noisy, could hear the street noise even though we were at the top.
