The location was perfect, close to the beach. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Nice view of the Ala Wai. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Parking spaces were limited and small. However, staff was willing to help park my car.
Extremely friendly staff and great location. Our room featured a kitchenette, private balcony, and an updated bath. We only stayed one night but those features would have been great for a longer stay.
While the room was, for the most part, very clean the carpet could probably have used a deep cleaning.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.
Bathroom was very small and the shower was growing mold all over it. Very gross.
This place has the friendliest staff if any place I have been. Very helpful and kind all around. The rooms are a good deal for the money. Full kitchen and close too waikiki beach
The street seemed to be a little shady but close to all the stores and restaurants. The beds were not very comfortable and it was pretty bright and loud so it was hard to sleep at night but that is what you get for staying in a crowded area
Price for location, key card doesn't need to be removed from wallet to access room
Old carpet and furniture, tvs are small
Wanted to extent my stay another night. Front desk didn't try harder & go beyond her job of duty to try & make some kind of exception to maintain customer satisfaction rather than saying I'm sorry & loosing a satisfied guest & putting me thru a lot of inconvenience.
Location was close to wikiki beaches, resturants & shopping. The price was good too. We would come back again.
The noise, lots of noise all times of the day and night, Buses, police, fire, ambulance, tour buses, mopeds, stereos from partiers, and the most annoying was the amount of trash trucks that come by at all times of the day starting around 5:00 A.M. You would think the city would schedule those trips better.
The price, location, spaciousness and cleaniness of room and helpful staff. Patrick the Manager and his Wife extremely helpful as were the other front office staff and housekeepers and didn't make making some calls to tour company to confirm my booking. Only 2 minute walk to Waikiki Beach
There was nothing I did not like. If you read some reviews I think some people are too fussy.
This is an older hotel but is well maintained, comfortable and staffed by friendly folks. It is a good buy.
Location, location, location
Busy street near hotel - needed to keep door closed at night
No there is not
when in a room on floor 6 the view onto the MTs was really nice.

It's very conveniently located in major touristic area close to beaches, shops, restaurants and clubs.
Small stting with a great staff
