Cancelled the reservation when we found out it was "an off airport location" with no shuttle service. This was not made clear when I made the reservation.5.2 Fair

Pros:
When I picked up the car in Manchester he wanted to charge me the $778 because dropping off in Boston. I showed him the reservation with the price of $370.00 dropping off at the Boston airport and he (Andrew) told me let me se what I am do. In the system he changed the stoop off back to Manchester .Cons:
Pick up and drop off . They charged me $1200 for a $370 car rental.10.0 Wonderful

The young man that picked us up from our hotel and took us to the rental site was outstanding. He was so friendly and so conversive. I'm sorry that I can't remember his name because he should get recognition for doing an outstanding job. ALL rental car personnel should take training lessons from himCons:

Car wasn't cleaned too well inside. no choices of vehicles, this one was a hybrid. I've never driven a hybrid and couldn't understand the nuances. There was no instruction of what to expect, and nothing inside the vehicle to explain. While the mpg was excellent.. the everyday driving was not.8.0 Very good

They close Saturday at noon. I showed up in the afternoon on Saturday but ended up having to come back on Monday to get the car. Staff was great, car was clean, but be aware of this limitation.10.0 Wonderful
