Heated indoor pool
restaraunt under staffed and took a while to get food in evening.
Breakfast was great!
Room smelled musty.
Wifi not great
Easy to get to.
The shower would not drain, which is disgusting.
The extra amenities in the room/ in the event you forgot something (sample toothpaste, comb, razor, deodortant)
The staff was extremely friendly....Southern hospitality.
Pretty basic accommodations for a 3 star hotel. Atmosphere was more like a 2 star hotel. Not a problem....just not what I expected for the price.
Room was clean and fresh smelling upon entry. Everything I needed was in the room except ice. Bed was great room size was great poolside view was perfect. Will stay here again.
Price is a little high but you get a lot for it.
Not in a good location. Abandoned buildings w/ markings next door.
the continental breakfast was EXCELLENT!!!!! More than the typical cont. breakfast.
The way the staff made me feel welcomed and address me by my name.
The staff was friendly and helpful
This hotel still has a smoking floor.
We loved how clean it was and the breakfast was AMAZING!
this is my was my first 3 star hotel and For a---- dollars Iwas thinking there would been more
the location old, need up-dating
when I came to get my room it was smoking. I had no choice when I bought my hotel to get non smoking which is what I wanted. The hotel says I chose smoking but I had no choice!
pool was warm. Nice room clean with comfortable beds.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
There was a restaurant and bar and it was not open during the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Carpets on non smoking floor need to be replaced.
Nothing. I was very disappointed. The room was old. There was a refrigerator sitting on the foot with a microwave on top. I will not stay there again
I didn't like this hotel at all. It smelled old. Needs an upgrade. I did complain to the front desk about my room but they said, 'basically all of our rooms are this way!' Beds uncomfortable. I was afraid to sleep between the sheets.
Great staff. Close to lots of places to eat and shop.
The smell in the room was bad. It smelt as if it had previously been a smoking room and it was trying to be covered-up with wht I call a cheap, smelly deodorizer. Other than that, it was exceptional.
The breakfast was very disappointing.
This is NOT a 3 star hotel. I would like reimbursement for false star level.
The staff was very helpful, especially given this was a last minute booking. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.
I wish the refrigerator in the room was working. The knob on the inside was missing so I couldn't cool it down. Other than that it was great!
The hotel was fine
curtain needs to close the last 2 inches to keep light out.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk person gave us breakfast coupons even though she said breakfast is usually not included for Priceline customers. The breakfast was very good.
I was told that Priceline rooms are always smoking, but the receptionist changed us to non-smoking. I was told we definitely could not get a king room. Our room had one double bed -very uncomfortable. Not worth small Priceline discount I got!
The hotel was good but the resteraunt was HORRIBLE! Go out to eat somewhere elese.
There was so much mold in the bathroom, that the entire room smelled of mold spores. The whole room was wet, and disgusting because the air conditioner was not working properly. Also, the bed had no support left, I could feel my back hitting the floor.
We have always used the Holiday Inn in Hopkinsville because it is pet friendly and we feel like it is a good value. Our family comes home for the holidays at least once a year. I can't believe some of the poor ratings in these other reviewers. For the price of the room, it is a good value to us. The resturant is OK, the bar downstairs is OK. The HVAC does what it is supposed to do. Parking is adequate. Staff is accommodating. They have wireless in the rooms. We've used the business center for printing off airline boarding passes, but haven't really used it for musch else. Indoor pool is small, but many hotel pools are small and we usually don't use it...but it does have a whoorlpool we have used on occasion. We've never had a complaint in the dozen times, or so that we have stayed there over the years, even when they were in the building next door that used to be the Holiday Inn. We bring a pet and they are pet friendly. If I had a complaint, it would be that there isn't allot of room to walk the dog, but pet owners seem to be a minority.
We were pleasantly surprised on this hotel, it was very well maintained & about 13 miles from the base. I would defiantly stay again but would never eat at the restaurant located inside the hotel it was way overpriced & very low quality, we would have been better off to go to the Burger King located right next to the hotel.
Room was very nice. The front desk clerk could not have been more pleasant.
I was visiting Fort Campbell and because of a nasty snowstorm that stranded me in the Cincinnati airport overnight, the Holiday Express at Fort Campbell rescheduled my room incorrectly. So when I finally got here they didn't have a room and they put me up in the Holiday Inn proper. They were very gracious at both facilities. The only downside is the Holiday Inn is a bit farther from the Campbell that I had wanted to stay. Oh well, I recommend the place for any travel occasion!
We will be returning to this hotel when we travel to Chicago again this coming June with our dog. There is even a wonderful meadow behind the hotel for exercising the dog.
