The location was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It actually could have went for a higher star rating.
The breakfast was amazing. The staff was very nice. We were directly across from Oaklawn for the XC race we traveled to Hot Springs for.
Easy to get to.
Bathroom shower faucet leaked. Borderline handicap room. Very cluttered.Just an ok motel in a iffy part of town. Not impressed.
The breakfast was the best! They also cater to motorcyclist so that was a huge plus for us.The hotel was great. Priceline however not so much! We will go back to this hotel but without the 'Priceline Path'.
Breakfast staff were awesome and helpful with our 5 grandchildren and then 5 adults in our party. Also at check in the women was very nice and helpful.
Tell people about how to operate the shower. Never seen one like that before.Great would stay there again.
Good location, spacious rooms, ok breakfast.
Almost hit the curb turning in - cannot tell easily where the curb and where the drive is at night. It was good. Pretty close to main attractions, spacious rooms, decent breakfast. Didn't get to use the pool or the fitness center. I had what looked like a brown paint stain on the underside of my blanket and the water pressure was a bit low, but otherwise it was fine.
Hotel was very accommodating to motorcyclists and made us feel very welcome. The hotel even had a complimentary hog wash to clean up our motorcycles.
The breakfast was great! Had a great variety of things to pick from.
They are a bit stingy with their towels. We went to the front to request some. It seemed like they were trying to steer away from giving us some. Same thing happened to another lady while we were in the lobby. She was given a hard time when asked for moreOverall the stay was great. The breakfast was great. They just need to loosen up a bit with their towels. Seems like you're pulling teeth when you ask for extras.
