staff and location the theme based rooms very nice
window shades did not keep out any light
The store/lobby was supposed to be opened at 8 a.m., but was not. We hung around for a bit, but it never opened until we had to leave. Not at all an easy location to find.
Clean room, comfortable beds, attentive and friendly hosts. Walking distance to the historic district of Hot Springs, AR. Excellent breakfast, and not only, arrangements. Affordable.
No.Would recommend it to everyone visiting Hot Springs, AR. You will get personal attention from everyone. If you read a welcome folder in the room, you will find some unexpected extras that you are going to love. Can't tell what it is here. It would spoil the surprise. Well, maybe one: you may get all you can drink mineral water from nearby cold water source. Most other sources in the city are hot mineral water sources.
The hotel is within walking distance to downtown where the bath houses are.
nothing that I disliked
It was very convenient to downtown Hot Springs. The staff was great and the rooms were neat! When I read the previous reviews I was reluctant to stay there but I'm very happy I decided to. A very great and comfy choice to make.
If there was anything I didn't like it was maybe the noisy air conditioner. Other than that no complaints.Great overall stay and neat breakfast at the park island market.
Nothing. This is a 1950s motel not a 'bed and breakfast'
The place was a dump. Holes in carpet, stained tub and sink, tiles missing. The motel office was located adjacent to the property in a small market at least 200 feet from the motel. The breakfast was a $5 credit at the market.I would not recommend this motel at any price. The picture in the ad is of a building on the property that is no longer occupied. The motel sits on the hill behind the old house. This is an old motel that has seen very little renovation.
they were decent rooms. small bathroom. bed needed to be more firm
NOTHING. Worst room I have EVER booked anywhere.
Bathroom smelled like pee, badly worn and outdated furniture, bad tears in carpet and overall dirty appearance, terribly worn bedding, bugs on wall, water stains and patchwork ceiling, really just UNCLEAN and should be booked 'by the hour'.The quality of hotel Priceline is willing to represent on THEIR website is reprehensible. They're unwilling to recognize THEY offered a room so unclean I wouldn't let my DOG stay there - NO REFUNDS. They act like they'll talk to the 'owners', but then the owner just lies and says everything looked fine when they inspected the room earlier. I left in the MIDDLE of the night with two children in tow and paid another $XXX for the weekend at another hotel because this one was so DISGUSTING. And, I am NOT an uppity person; rather, we're just a middle class family needing accommodations for a child's sporting event. Their description of the hotel and the pictures couldn...
Hotel is really a motel that has no attending staff. The rooms are old but clean. It is rated as a 2-1/2 star hotel but this wouldn't be true by ratings given to other hotel in the area. Still, the price is right for this motel and it's a good bargin. This is a good motel to stay at for those that wish privacy. There is no attending staff. If one needs something, they go to the restaurant that provides the morning continental breakfast and check-in. No money exchanges hands here as everything is booked online in advance. Motel is situated very near to the central downtown and convenient. The restaurant that handles all transactions for this motel has good food. The owner/manager is friendly and helpful. Good place to stay for those looking for an economy hotel/motel. We enjoyed our stay
