Cold coffee in the AM. Staff was a bit unprofessional.You get what you pay for, I guess.

The guy checking me in was NOT helpful at all. Very ignorant, did not know what he was doing. It took about 15 minutes to check us in. I wanted a minor change made, which ended up costing me 3 times the amount he first told me it was going to cost.
They were very friendly. Alsi, i left my purse at the breakfast area and they immediatley grabbed it and saved it for me. The rooms were very clean. it was quiet. We would definately stay there again.

Since I booked 2 rooms through Priceline, Staff wouldn't allow me to change the rooms to double beds. We were stuck with a queen bed. Kids had to sleep on the floor! Never had problems in all my booking w/Priceline in regards to changing beds to doubles.Need to redecor. Should be able to allow rooms to be exchange to double bed. Why are we stuck with just one bed?! Even if we book through Priceline. I've never had problems with all the bookings made with Priceline. All other hotels we're very helpful and gave us no problems.
I wasn't happy that they 'claimed' they couldn't put us in a room with 2 dbl beds because we booked through priceline. In my 5 years of experience of booking rooms thru priceline I have never run into this problem.Okay. What you get for 2 stars.
My daughter left her cell phone charger in her room so I called and asked that it be put in my room. When I returned to my room it was there. I appreciated the extra effort on their part.The hotel is nice. The breakfast was adequate. The carpet in the room had some spots and some of the lights did't work. The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, which was nice,however the refrigerator was noisy. I unplugged it the second night we were there so I could sleep better. The bed was comfortable and everything else was nice. Disappointed that there was no pool.
Slow, incompetent staff. My first room had been slept in already, then they made me move from my second room because they 'couldn't give me that room after all.'This is a shabby, worn-down hotel that still smells of smoke be hasn't been cleaned enough since it went non-smoking in 2012. The staff is slow and incompetent; my first room had been slept in before I checked in and they took back the second room they gave me because 'the owner's people needed it.' I've stayed at a number of Super 8 motels and been pleased; this is not only the worst Super 8 I've stayed it, it's the worst hotel/motel stay I've ever had.
