The car wasn’t clean. At drop off the clerk was grumpy, grouchy—irritated that I was there. Very short with me—rolled his eyes, got frustrated because I did t come in with vehicle miles.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The people here are super friendly and the prices are fair. Last time I rented a car (from another company) the workers were extremely shady and tried to upcharge me on everything, not to mention that they scam a lot of people by making false claims and then charging for them. Instead of AVIS making me feel like they were doing me a huge favor and I needed them, they treated me with respect and alike they valued me as a customer. Very easy and hassle free. Will definitely be renting from AVIS exclusively from now on.Cons:

Pros:
Really good experience! The staff was very helpful, worked quickly and carefully in a very busy season, and delivered what they promised. I also liked how they didn't over push the add ons. Just asked if we needed insurance, toll pass, etc. without pushing. The cart I had (dodge dart) was very new and worked great though I detected a noticeable rattle which didn't efect driving but for a new car probably shouldnt be there.
