The size of the rooms
Dirty coffee cups, tv didn't work right
The decore is dated. The A/C in the room didn't work well. Instead of queen beds in their double rooms they had full sized beds. Full sized beds are too small for two people to be comfortable.
Business center euipment did not operate.
I didn't like how old the hotel is and that Wi-Fi isn't included with the room.
Great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.
We really like the hotel location and the lobby and public areas were very nice. The pool was also very nice and in a great location.
Our room was a little dirty, there was a big spider web in the corner of the room & one bed seemed to have some small particles in it. We asked for new sheets & the sheets they put on the bed had stains. Shower area is old and needs to be updated.70s tile
Roomy, pleasant decor, good lighting. I wasn't around during the day with time to enjoy amenities, but my walkaround showed them to be inviting. I chose hotel because I needed airport shuttle. Late arrival missed shuttle service so hotel paid for cab.
Proximity to our planned attraction
Room had a stench they tried to cover up with using Febreeze or air freshener
Room was nice and clean. Good salad at restaurant/bar as well as friendly bar tenders.Good location to technology park.
Building seemed dated, they've done quite a bit to modernize the rooms, some of the complex were still not to current standards. A/C broke during night.Bar staff was great but was hostility with the kitchen staff.Management needs attention to detail.
Very clean, friendly staff, and a good location.
Convenient to the city. Quiet, comfortable.
Small room. No refrigerator for meds
Everything was wonderful
Excellent location, professional staff, clean and inclusive fitness center!
The swimming pool is extremely small and there is no hot tub to make up for the shortfall.
Convenience to Huntsville
Location and staff
This hotel was not a 3 1/2 star more like a 2 1/2 - 3 star. No hot tub and pool was not as nice as pictured. Staff was not very helpful.
It is right next to the Space and Rocket Center and Space Camp. The bell man was very nice and helpful.
It was not up to Marriott Hotel standards. It seemed more like a Comfort Inn except there was no free continental breakfast! The ladies at the front desk were not friendly nor helpful.
Pro: pool, location is right on the space center property, rooms were clean, friendly staff
No free breakfast, no free WiFi, restaurants located in hotel were too pricey, have to travel at least a couple of minutes to the nearest restaurant or shopping center, husband was told he couldn't sit in his car to smoke
The hotel was nice and clean. It was in a very safe area and fairy close to everything.
Some of the staff was uncongenial and discourteous when we complained about the arrangements not being what we had requested and been guaranteed by phone. We were also charged twice for the incidental deposits.
The staff was fantastic, especially (Hotel employee), who is the front door concierge and transportation.
Building exterior and bathtubs are a bit dated. The exterior would have been better if it were simply pressure washed.
I think it's a the star. It's not as updated as I would have liked.
Dated feeling even though it had been remodeled Elevators not working properly
I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy to get to all the places we needed to be.
The beds were not what we expected (very old)and there was , what looked like blood, on one of the pillows. Blah!
The room was clean.
This hotel is dated. It was not what I expected for a Marriot, especially at that price. The indoor pool was a disappointment. It was more like a small wading pool for children. I won't spend the money on this hotel again.
The room was very comfortable.
They were located next door to the space and rocket center. I would expect they have a large percent of high tech/scientific people stay there. They DID NOT have free wi-fi. I suspect they use this to take advantage of people and make an extra buck.
Room seemed humid. The room felt like it had moisture in the air.
paid for a 3.5star and it was a 2star at best. ended up checking out right after we checked in. rooms smelt musty, lots of construction going on. terrible experience and probably wont use priceline again due to this and I was a faithful priceline custome
did not like anything at all about this hotel
I have stayed in Marriots all over the country and this is one is not what the others have been. We were given a room in the Cabana and it is nothing more than a $50 room. The Hampton Inn is as nice. The main building is wonderful, however the Cabana is NOT worth $* per night.
