Room smelled awful. Place was shoddy.
Dirty and old. My wife yelled at me when we showed up, she wasn't happy with my selection.
The staff were very nice, and good location. Right on main at.
The hotel was run down and needed some serious updating. The common areas were not very clean, especially the outside and lobby. The room was dusty and the carpet could have used a good cleaning. Not that big a deal. Was really quiet for Main St. The staff were really sweet. I've stayed at worst! Michelle
Bathroom smelled like a wet dog, shower curtain was dirty, ugly decor. Good if you're staying one night and don't plan to be there very much.
great location and parking
I really liked the location, which, honestly, is why I picked this hotel in the first place.
I did no like that no where in the hotel description did it mention that it was formerly a Cuddle and Bubble..complete with in room jacuzzi and a ridiculous amount of mirrors. I expected to see one on the sealing. Instead, I saw where there once WAS a mirror by the markings on the ceiling. Kinda creepy.
The staff was very nice, courteous and handled all our needs.
It was not very clean, rooms were not like pictured online, very old, aging building. Not well kept.
The room was clean, and so was the facilities, I was able to get a connection to the internet very easily. Good value for the money.
The TV had no signal and the coffee maker didn't work
The location was the best part! Within a mile of the water and right on Main Street so you didn't need to drive. We also got a good deal on the room via kayak.com so it was a good price for our value. I'd stay there again but not for full price.
I was nervous booking because there were great reviews and terrible reviews, especially with cleanliness. Our room was okay/decent. They definitely could have cleaned better but it wasn't bad. The room was also a little run down and you could tell it was older but it didn't matter to us.
The Brazilian grill next door
The room had an awful odor when we arrived, it was extremely hot. For the amount paid the rooms should be updated and there not.
I choose this hotel because of the price: $59/night. However, the total bill was $80/night because of an "energy surcharge" for the whirlpool bath in the room. The hotel claims that every room has a whirlpool, so it is not an "extra" and it is deceptive and unethical to inflate the room price in this way.
Good location for Main St. shopping and social life. Short drive to Cape Cod Meoldy Tent, beaches and harbor. Motel is aging but my room was clean. Good value for high season weekend.
had mights in iron board
The room was very beautiful and the breakfast was enjoyable.
the jacuzzi suite leaked all over the floor
The bed was very comfortable, the room was very big, the jacuzzi was amazing!
I didn't like the wall paper, and the whole theme of the room. The net curtains were old and worn also.
I loved my room the jaccuzi way great and breakfast was wonderful, next time i visit International Inn will be the hotel for me.
The location on Main street, Hyannis was perfect allowing us to walk everywhere.
The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but no work seems to be going on. The very loud television sets showing constant football in the restaurant certainly put us off going there for dinner
In general value for money kind of hotel, on main street.
Had horribily stinking sheets. Will never stay there agian
My husband and I like the hot tubs. Myself I like the themes of the rooms they are cute.
My husband and I have been going there for many years and things have changed. We have stayed in many room and I don't think for what you pay for them is worth the money now there are many things wrong in the rooms some time the air conditioners don't work and were dirty inside, there were times the heat didn;t work not at any time did they offer to upgread.
