Room service. Loud
The door had locks
Very dirty, very shady full time residents.
The place had potential. The room was large
The pool was green with hoses And nd the deck filthy. Nothing like the pics. Unusable. The place was dirty.exterior door didn't close. No maintenance. Not eve. A bag for the ice bucket. Never again.
It was very reasonably priced. It is situated between a golf course and a residential area with shopping nearby, though there are train tracks, but we didn't see or hear any trains. The room was nice and cool.
The hallway was hot, the pool area looked like it could use some TLC. Breakfast was breads and cereal/milk, no fruit and there was a couple of flies in the dining area.
The best thing was the price.
Shoddy cleaning job in the bathroom- hair left in the sink.
The location was excellent for my travel plans, and the price was very reasonable.
My shower didn't work at all. I tried to turn on the water and only a cold dribble came out. I reported this and it was finally fixed (5 hours later). Also, I learned that I needed to lift the handle on the toilet UP after flushing, so it wouldn't run.
Customer service was great
Hotel is dated and older
Was looking for a more affordable hotel for a family road trip. This was OK and met our needs for the night.
Room was pretty dated and worn..could really use some updating. Curtains were shredded at the bottom, some were simple things need repair. The carpet seemed like it could use cleaning. Strong smell of smoke when you first walk into the building.
Their staff was very pleasant.
They have a bar attached and on the week-end there were several drunk people who were loud and obnoxious.
The staff was nice.
It was a run down hotel, Not clean. I actually saw a bug, not sure what kind on the pillow.
The hallway smelled of cat urine or something like it. It was rundown. The room was not as described. The room had a bleach smell to it, despite hours of running the air.
Room is spacious w/ chairs & table. Location is short drive to shops & restaurants. Great bar attached w/ karaoke & dance music. Heater always worked. Always had hot water. Always had a fresh change of towels daily. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Esthetics mainly. The hotel & room appeared unkempt. Dirty furniture, stained carpet on stairs, wall covering peeling, unpainted wall patches, poor cable & power installation, bed sheets never changed. Broken down vehicles taking up parking spaces. Etc.
Wasnt very clean
Conveinently located next to St. Anthony Sand Dunes, our day trip activity. It was very inexpensive.
The continental breakfast was very limited.
It was pretty clean
How thin the walls were
Dryer/Washer machines terrible! Air Conditioning not working properly.
staff was nice and good location
no housekeeping at all maybe changed trash twice in 10 ten days never vaccumed or changed sheets on bed broken light and floor tiles water pressure and temperature was bad in shower and charged 50 dollars more than what it said online
The name of the Hotel is not the same as the sigh out front of it. The rooms do not have all that the ad says that they have. While I was there someone was double booked into a room! There are stairs everywhere upstairs, down stairs.
Our stay at the Pinecrest left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as was the maintenance staff but that is the end of the good review. Our coffee maker was broken, light bulb was burned out in the bathroom, spider sitting in his web in the corner were the highlights of this room. But the end all was the 2' x 4' plywood that stuck out about 4 inches from beyond the bottom mattress on both queen beds. It was an accident waiting to happen. As a matter of fact, we did manage to hurt ourselves more than once. This room should NOT be rented to paying customers. The parking lot was almost empty so I do not know why we ended up in this room.
IT'S A OLD RUN DOWN PACE THAT IS OT WORTH STAYING THERE
