|Heidis Inn Ilwaco|
Good location, center of town. Friendly with free homemade cookies. Comfortable bed and pillows.
The person staying in the room above walked around a lot which caused the floor to creak, but it was an old place, to be expected
The location in the heart of Ilwaco and the friendliness of the staff.
There seemed to be little insulation between the rooms. Very loud guests and vehicles (diesel pickups prevalent and many fishermen up early to get the best fishing spots). This is an older motel with a great location. The more time spent outside the room and touring Ilwaco and the Long Beach peninsula, the better. The owners and managers appear to be doing the best they can with what they have in the building. The staff was friendly and responded to our requests promptly. The showers are definitely not designed for tall and/or large people as I had little room to bend to get my head under the showerhead to rinse my hair. We attended during the kite festival in Long Beach, a time when vacancies are very rare. This motel had vacancies the Sunday and Monday we were there, for a reason. I did not expect much, we did not receive much and did not pay much, so am satisfied with...
The staff was great and friendly, rooms are older but very clean and neat, walking distance to the Saturday market.
No screens on the windowsI will stay there next time I'm in Ilwaco, very nice for an older hotel.
was older, but very clean. Had no problem with the room.
no ice machine.
We booked it knowing we would be traveling long and partying hard when we got there. As my husband would say, a flea bag hotel. Hadn't been updated in 20 yrs. That being said, the sheets were clean, and the bed wasn't awful. You get what you pay for.
The rooms were very comfortable, very quiet, and very clean! The staff was warm and friendly.
I liked everything. If you are traveling to Southwest Washington or even Astoria, Oregon, we recommend you stay at Heidi's Inn. The price is fantastic and the rooms are great!
