Everything.This is by far the worst hotel I have ever slept in in my life. It was filthy and many of the other occupants were questionable. We arrived after midnight and there were several people stumbling around either drunk or high. The door to the first room they provided was open and it was evident that someone had been inside. The sheets were nasty including a small smudge of blood and the TV had been stolen. They provided us with another room even though they previously stated that we got the last available room. The cleanliness of this room wasn't much better. The floor was slippery, the walls had holes in them, the carpet was clearly worn out, the paint on the wall was shot, the bathroom was disgusting. We survived the night and got out of there as quickly as possibly but not before we discovered that a tick had embedded itself into my flesh. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemies. The pool was not open when we arrived, but not a big deal.Location close to restaurants and the Royals stadium was excellent!
inexpensive---clean enough to sleep in----located in a great place for what I was doing.
Parking was difficult on a holiday weekend later in the evening.let's face it---if you are looking for lots of niceties, this is not the place to stay. but if you are just traveling through and need a place to sleep, or if you are visiting and just want a reasonably clean and relatively inexpensive place to stay, then this will work for you.
