Staff friendly, beds comfortable
in the process of remodeling so hotel was a bit dirty from the process
Staff was horribleThey were so bad we can't rate them
remodeled room, great neighborhood
breakfast quality, under constructionI was not aware the hotel was under construction until I entered the lobby, however the only area that was impacted was the fitness area and they were offering day passes to a local gym. The rooms were remodeled which was nice but the toilet in my room was not secure and the toilet seat was loose as well. Everything was fairly clean with exception to the lobby where it was covered in construction dust. The breakfast could definitly use some improvement. The eggs, bacon and sausage were precooked frozen items that were heated in the microwave. I was not able to connect to the internet provided by the hotel even though they were routers sticking out of the ceilings. Overall I had a very good experience. I would recommend this hotel.
Good breakfast, nice area.
Bathroom needed updating. Room had a weird smell.6 out of 10.
The room wasn't what I've come to expect from most of my Priceline bookings. The bed was hard and my husband and I didn't sleep very well. There wasn't a way to make the fan run all of the time so every time it cut off, it woke us up.
Everything!Way more than I expected. I have stayed in other La Quintas and this one is waaay better. Upscale, friendly staff, room has microwave and fridge, breakfast is great, they have laundry facilities, vending machine, free parking and free wifi, yep, they met and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely stay again if I ever have to visit Irving again.
The location was very nice. It was close to food establishments.
The staff lied to us at check in. We were not given the rooms that were requested. Then we were told that all the two queen rooms were taken and we couldn't get anymore. But someone in our group added another room late that night and was given two queensOverall this was a horrible experience. The staff lied to us about the room situation. The air conditioning did not work properly the entire time. The elevator broke while we were there and all people on the second floor had to use the stairs.
That it was in a safe neighborhood.
The fact that it's location was in Los Colinas instead of Dallas Market area.. The Irving , Los Colinas area is a good , clean, safe area. The hotel was located next to the beautiful Byron Nelson golf course, but I had to use the Garmin to and from work. The hotel is a nice clean, hotel located in a very desriable area of Los Colinas. It was a bargain at xxx, which is why I chose to drive out of the way of my job. I prefer to stay in Dallas Market -Lovefield area for closer proxximity to where I work. It was exactly what you would expect for a 2 1/2 star hotel.
The staff was great!
Made my allergies go crazy. I think it was mold but I can't say for sure. The hotel is older. It is nice and the people are great.
