The lobby smelled strange
The free breakfast, wi-fi , cold air ,beds good , refrigerator
The lobby stunk, the furniture in lobby was dirty, the carpet in hotel looked like they needed to clean it or replace it and bathroom tub and curtains were dirty
It was easy to check in and check out. Room was cleaned properly every day.
A/C in the room left everything feeling a little moist. There wasn't a channel guide so I had to figure out what every station was myself. The carpet looked a little dirty. The breakfast food could have been better, but it wasn't bad.
Reasonable value, good breakfast.
Odor was not fresh and clean. Hall carpet was filthy and had a bad odor. Room had stuffy odor.
Location and breakfast.
Odor of hotel when you walk in. Smelled like mold and ammonia. Horrible odor.
Totally met our needs during our 2-day stay.
One employee was inept.
We really liked the fans in the room. Helped to circulate the air and that can be stale in hotel rooms. Location was perfect. Breakfast worked out really well. Free parking and a good out door pool. 90 degree days it was nice and the kids loved it.
trouble with the Wi-Fi. We had to call some 800 #. Not sure why the hotel would not take care of that themselves.
I stayed in the Hotel for a night before I took the flight next day from DFW airport. Very convenient and the location is excellent. Highly recommended. The building is new and well maintained.
Friendly cleaning lady
Noise in hallway and dog barking
Very nice breakfast and lovely stay. Staff always so helpful and nice
Hot breakfast including eggs, sausage, bacon etc.etc. Gym with TV to watch while working out.
Pool was kinda small but, we didn't swim anyway so no big deal.
smoke smell in room upon entering even though it was non-smoking. Front desk offered to move us but we declined since we checked in so late.
The room was an awesome value and very well maintained.
I got much more than expected. The staff were great and I got a great deal for the price. Clean rooms and good breakfast.
I like the room size because had a suite.
I liked everything.
Continental breakfast was nice. Most hotels seem to nickel and dime you.
Location and size.
The sofa was awful. The springs and hinges were off.
Near to downtown
There is no hair dryer in the room. And staff was not kind. Breakfast was too bad than other inns.
Newish, clean safe location.
Too far from where I work..
Staff was horrible
Good breakfast, nice area.
Bathroom needed updating. Room had a weird smell.
We visited Texas for a Cowboy's game, this hotel is located perfectly in the middle of Dallas and Arlington. About 20 minuets either destination. The hotel was under construction as I had read in reviews previously, they were not loud, and the hotel was not a total mess. Very quiet area, close to restaurants!
The location was very nice. It was close to food establishments.
The staff lied to us at check in. We were not given the rooms that were requested. Then we were told that all the two queen rooms were taken and we couldn't get anymore. But someone in our group added another room late that night and was given two queens
That it was in a safe neighborhood.
The fact that it's location was in Los Colinas instead of Dallas Market area.. The Irving , Los Colinas area is a good , clean, safe area. The hotel was located next to the beautiful Byron Nelson golf course, but I had to use the Garmin to and from work.
The property was well-located and the bed was comfortable. The price was competitive. The housekeeping left much to be desired. Basic things, like soap and tissues were missing. Calls to hotel staff went unanswered. Had to go to front desk to obtain missing items. This was a silly shortcoming for what was otherwise a good property.
It was very convenient to where we needed to go and good value for money.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great the breakfast was very good had we known how close everthing was we would have stayed the entire week next year we will. The only negitive was the bed was very very hard!
The hotel is going through a long overdue remodel and it is a mess. Maybe in a couple of months the wall paper and the carpet will be replaced. The carpet is in bad shape. They are working on the facility every day and I hope they complete it soon. The breakfast fare was good, the cinnamon rolls are great and the staff was helpful.
