Pros:
Did not except free upgrade coupon. Quote rate was $105 final rate was was $214. Misleading. I’m a gold member with Hertz and was treaded very poorly. Said no upgrade was available and they had about 50-75 cars in the lot.Cons:
Gave me the free upgrade that Hertz gave me as a reward. Charged me the quoted rate. No signage at drop off on where to park the vehicle.3.6 Poor

They didn’t have the car we booked. So instead we ended up with a Renault Kadjar, which is by far the worst car I’ve ever drive. Bulky, uncomfortable, and the transmission was atrocious. All because they didn’t have what we actually booked.5.6 Fair

Car was filthy on pick-up in Florence. Agent was nowhere to be found when we arrived for pick-up, waited for over a half hour. Return in Rome was confusing, had to drop off the car at a different location then where the agent was.8.8 Very good

We wanted to make a change of drop off location in Venice, Italy and went to the Hertz location near us in Peschiera. The agent there was incredibly helpful and made the change for us, super helpful as there were several options, some that would have involved extra cost.6.0 Okay

Cons:
Rental agreeement was not appropriately filled out my employee...it was essentially empty. We called almost every hertz around the Rome area after our original drop off loctation was not located where is was listed on google. It was very difficult to navigate to, we finally found the place, and there was a sign saying they had moved. We tried to call numerous different numbers (including US numbers) at different times of day to arrange a different drop off time and never were able to contact anyone. The people at the airport hertz in Rome were not friendly when our paperwork had not been filled out by the Hertz in Florence.DRIVALIA
