Business, Other Amenities
Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, laundry facilities, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
The second floor hallway REEKED from the trash room. Imagine several days worth of dirty diapers and rotten food piled up, it was horrific. Room was not very clean. Shower was a slow drain, I complained to the front desk and it never was fixed.
we were there for Chicago tour and hotel was around 40 mins drive from downtown that was good. Atleast fridge was there so we could use the food we brought with us.
May be I had lots of expectations from Extended Stay hotel this time based on our previous good experiences. No utensils or coffee maker or logistics were provided in the room. We stayed for two days but room cleaning & towels were not replaced next day.
Eoom s weren't up to par
Price was cheap.
There was a lot of someone else's hair in the bathroom. Our room was never made up or towels replaced even though we were there for seven nights. Finding a hotel employee was a 5-15 minute job every time we needed something.
Good location. Staff was SUPER fun, really helpful. This was a particularly nice Extended Stay.
i like the location and how the room was laid out.
Front Desk Agent has wonderful customer service skills and made my stay very enjoyable.
Not clean and smelly.
It was very neat and clean and the room was spacey
The front desk stuff was not very friendly
The road was working, i can not arrive easy ,
Hotel employee and front desk staff are very kind and helpful
First, there was nobody there to check me in I waited two hours. I was calling and was standing at the front desk for 2 hours. Second, I woke up with bed bug bites all over. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she would call,no call so far
Located close to fast food place
Had to get another room, because first one was obviously has not been cleaned. Also, I went 2 times, half an hour apart, to go get some muffins n an orange, and they didn't have any muffins. I has to ask when I the front clerk showed her face.
Horrible Costumer Service
The front desk is a complete horror to deal with, rude, obnoxious and extremely unprofessional! This is my second encounter with this hotel and will be my last! never any staff at the don't desk you literally have to scream to get help.
Vending machine and the room.
Staff is incredibly rude. Never at front desk. Always in back sleeping or chatting with coworkers instead of attending the guest. Dont know customer service skills. Completely worthless.
Great studio-type room. Full refrigerator, kitchen area with 2 top burners for cooking, sink. Full bathroom. Floors are half hardwood/bedroom area carpeted. Has nice armchair & ottoman. Flat screen tv & remote. Very comfortable. Windows that open. Nice!
Improvement would be a thorough room cleaning after each guest. No vent in bathroom, walls needed to be wiped in there.
I really liked all the dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc that were included and available just for the asking.I also liked having free wifi.
Entry area was small (no place to eat downstairs but for an extended stay hotel this is normal) and the breakfast offering was limited but again, this was not a problem for us whatsoever since we had everything we needed provided in our room.
They accommodated you with the things you needed like you were living in your whole home...
Just have lots of ant problems need to try and do something about that..
The worst hotel,I ever stayed.First I booked for two days.I was requested earlier and while checking in, to put in non-smoking room. They didn't listen any my words. They put me in smoking room. That day I adjusted 2nd day doors locked.i stayed out night.
They are bloodstain on the carpet We are not sure it's a bloodstain until...something in the bathroom cut my index figure into bleeding...the next morning, my wife also got a cuts on her index figure after using the bathroom. Will never come back!
The size of the room
Use to dishes in the room. There were none. Pest issues. Every day while here I was killing bugs. No house keeping.
The fact you pulled all the pots and pans and coffee makers out. Note your towels are not soft ....also your breakfast brownies are horrible they were very good from the previous company. Theses aren't edible.
Good access to major routes.
There is a lot of road construction in the area.
The unkempt looking residents who were hanging around outside the main entrance and in the hallways.
Room and the staff
Loitering long term guest outside main entrance With there big dogs talking smoking for hours.
location to where I was going
non-smoking room reeked of smoke from the (clean) towels in the bathroom to the curtains. Smokers next door and below - their smoke entered my room as if they where in my room itself. I have allergies to dog and cat hair... my room had pets in it before.
the price and location
The front desk person changing. 2 of 4 of them no so professional. I feel like I stayed at bad gatto hotel no appreciation less nicer.1 person never answer any question I ask. Looks don't care about my concern
The price was ok at---- for a night.
The bedding was nasty. They were visibly dirty. The comforter had large dirty spots all over it. The entire Hotel smelled of mildew. Was very pungent. The hotel staff told me how 'lucky' I was because I showed up at 10pm and they were closing the desk.
The price is ok.
I was bitten by bed bug. The man in the front desk didn't agree to change room . He said I was bitten by mosquitoes. Also he said there is no room available. However there was only a few cars in the parking lot, he was lying
Comfortable bed, peaceful
I like everything about this hotel, It's clean, and convenient to the highways, and shopping.
I have stayed here 4 times and never had a problem. This time there was a fire in the room across from ours, and I could smell smoke and her the fire alarm, but we weren't informed and I had my small kid with me.
The name only.
Whole hotel room 352. Substance and hair in bath tub. room smelled like someone took a dump. mold almost everywhere in the room. not clean at all. the lady at front desk does not speak English. bed sheet had stains and hair.
Lounge chair missing from room, strange odor in hallway, dirty floor in kitchen area
Fairly good drive to work location
cost is above original stays here with no improvements Road / bridge construction all around hotel is disruptive
I'm am disgusted with this facility I came her the first time I had a gross uncleaned ROM the girl in front didn't tell the manager waited a whole month til I came back again then I had ants in my room have all the pics to prove it horibble
it was only 5 minutes from where I need to be.
the staff didn't care about what was going on and I was given a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room. Also, the phone in the room didn't work. And the staff didn't know what time breakfast started & hung up on me when I called on my phone.
there is lot of smell related to smoke mainly, most likely I will never would stay in this hotel again as we need to be lucky to get the good room. Some rooms are ok, but all of the rooms.
Its a good value for what you get
The room they gave me first was disgusting...I think the only thing done when it was cleaned was the bed made...there was left over crap in drawers and cabinets..even a bowl with oil n something in it..it reaked of curry spices...mold on the fridge top
The hotel was alright, but did not match up to the rest of the Extended Stays that I stayed at. The staff at this Extended Stay were not as friendly as the other Extended Stays
Peaceful, convenient and nice staff.
bathroom could have been cleaner (around sink)
Location was good
Disappointing that they did not have king rooms. Also surprised by additional $25 pet fee, despite advertising as 'pet friendly'.
the kitchen and utensils provided
no workout room, and the grab and go breakfast does not come close to comparing with other hotels in same category
Actually the locals told me this was one step above a crack house. I booked and stayed elsewhere
It was cheap.
Somewhat worn down and dirty
Cleanliness of kitchen. Kitchen and bathroom floors
Room was a good size and had a nice kitchenette. Grab and go breakfast was good.
Good hotel-I will stay there again. I discovered after I checked in I should have called the hotel ahead of time to request a non-smoking room. They told me that Priceline reservations are put on the smoking floor, but if I called ahead I could change it.
Needed a room at the last minute, nothing fancy, and the price was right. Plenty of space!
I was stuck in O'hare and this was the closest hotel available (major shutdown and my flight didn't get canceled until 10AM). I booked over the internet. With tip, it was a $75 cab ride. When I arrived around midnight, the door was locked, intercom did not work and nobody was at the desk. Fortunately people staying there happened to be out for a walk and knew which window to knock on to wake up the night clerk. If you have a late arrival, phone ahead to make sure someone is there! My studio accommodations were OK and I got a bed to sleep in instead of a cot or the floor at the airport. I would not stay again unless it was an emergency situation.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was quite spacious. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Chicago area again for an extended visit.
This hotel smells like cheap air freshener. Also, my feet stuck to the floor in the bathroom. I would only return if I was really desperate.
