Cons:Rundown and dirty. Staff was rude when I complained that the room hadn’t been cleaned. Showed photos for open drinks, drugs on the table, and hygiene products in the bathroom.

Cons:Pool was closed. Was told the pool was open on the night I checked in and the next morning was told it was closed after labor day and it disappointed my son.

Pros:Good location , close to mall, stores, and restaurants. Also very good breakfast buffet.
Cons:The carpets looked like they have not been shampooed in 10 years! Black feet if you walk BAREFOOT!The beds were sunken in the middle very uncomfortable sleep. The ac left much to be desired in the HOT NC summer! The pool needs to activated to use room keys to open the gate, kids were walking across the road from an apartment complex, VERY CROWDED and NOISY!!!!!

Cons:Literally squeezed in between 2 other businesses and difficult entry and exit. If I did not have a GPS and they did not have a tall sign, it would have been very difficult to find. The door to my room did not latch properly until it was locked, and rattled. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and the tub didn't drain well, therefore it had a dirty ring. The wall behind the toilet was crumbling. The stuffed chairs were stained and there was a wet spot in the carpet in front of the nightstand.
