close to JFK airport, good facilities
the hotel staff was unfriendly and slow. we waited 50 minutes for a salad at the lounge! while we waited, we heard the room service employee asking one of the customers to come down and pick up their own food... we reserved a double room, and ended up in a room with 1 king bed (really wrong for our situation). everything is run slowly (even the elevator is slow). the complementary coffee machine at the lobby was broken, and we had to pay an outrages price for the SAME coffee from the lounge. All in all - Not a good experience at all.
Poor maintenance of business center. Printers were bad, no ink. I paid for a bigger club room. All rooms were the same in size. There is no difference in club room compared to regular room. Did not get my worth of money.

The advert is missleading; the hotel is not close to Manhatten as I was lead to believe. An hour trip by taxi is not close!
Staff are very nice and kind. They let me in the room before check-in time. I odered room service and food is very good!
There was not a bathtab in my room (King). I was about to fly next day, so I wanted to relax in a tab. And it would be great if they had more variety to room service menu.

The hotel was perfect for my needs( overnight until morning flight).Friendly and accommodating staff, clean comfortable well equiped room. Other reviews reflect staying at this hotel on vacation....not an appropriate location for that purpose.
