Cons:inadequate breakfast ending one hour too early
Pros:It was a convienent location and easy to find. We were not staying in Sonora, just passing through. It met all our needs for the night.
Cons:There was no continental breakfast. We left the hotel at 7am and hoped for a little something.
Pros:Great location, decent option for the money in that location but the customer service is extremely poor =. I have never seen such a rude and inconsiderate service.
Cons:The customer service was extremely rude, screaming at the visitors. Towels were not very clean. Also, "breakfast" is a pot of coffee and a pastry.
Pros:comfy bed, nicely furnished.
Cons:I was told I booked a smoking room which surprised me a lot as wouldn't have done that. they could change the booking. the hotel is away from facilities and a mile walk from town. the walk is dangerous down a really busy highway.
Pros:the place was tidy, my service dog was welcome, good light breakfast, no hassle by the staff
Cons:the carpets could have been cleaner, the rest of the room was okay
