Front desk was nice
The room was very very old.. AC was very very loud .it was falling apart.
location and the staff she was very nice
check in was quick and friendly
there was a smell it wasn`t all that bad but noticeable
The key did not work on the second night's stay, There was mold around the shower mat, the lavatory was scratched. The room overall needs to be remodeled.
It was really clean.
The wall outlet didn't hold my power cord very well. It stayed plugged in but was very loose. There was only 3 towels.
friendliness at check in desk
poor breakfast choice in the lobby, there was no coffee in the lobby. In the room there was no phone service, so I was unable to reach the front desk. This is a safety issue, especially since the rooms are exterior.
Hotel staff is uncaring and unfriendly! The hotel has lots of damage. The plugs in the room does not work. There is mold in the bathrooms
Had to wait at the front desk no one was at desk at all for like 7 mins
Good location good parking, Good air. Room was ready and cleaned very well.
The outside stairs and walk ways were Dingy. The Ice machines went out of service The second Day. A lot of parties and the Hotel was Full
The breakfast was very very limited to oatmeal and stale bread
Love staying at this hotel. Perfect for the price and located to many places to eat. Compared to surrounding towns in the area, this location places you near the things you will need.
First room we had the TV didn't work. The second room that we switch to BC of the TV the heat didn't work..
the staff tried to solve the problem that i had but priceline was the most un co-operative orginization that i have ever had to deal with, i would appericate a phone call from someone in america about my problems Carl !!!!
ther were bed bugs in the room that i slept in!!!!
Hotel had a very nice continental breakfast.
Room 150 had electrical problems. Vending machine was not working properly. Money was refunded by front desk clerk.
I like the location. The hotel is close to so many places compared to the surrounding cities.
The complimentary breakfast was good. Lots of selection including waffles and bagels.
The pool was unavailable with the gate padlocked shut. No explanation given.
I was locked out my room for an hour being bit my mosquitos while being exhausted from driving.
They had a very clean and well stocked breakfast area with a DIY hot waffle iron.
Absolutely no wifi in our room. We Even changed rooms to get closer to the lobby. Still no wifi. If you sat on the toilet wrong the seat wanted to slide off.
Nothing to like
Front desk crew was exceptionally rude Hotel is located right next to an airport Should be a half star hotel very old dated worn out I would recommend you stay anywhere but here
The manager is very easy to work with, the front desk girl wasnt as friendly as I would have expected
They need to vacuum under furniture, the lid to my water rolled under the dresser/tv stand and it was rather nasty under there
Staff was great!!
Fitness center was not up to par with my expetations
The hotel was located near location where we attended wedding.
The hotel was as expected for a 2 star property. No complaints
The shower was dirty and didn't drain at all. The front desk was very rude when we asked for the problem to be fixed or for another room to shower in.
The lobby was nice and the lady at the front desk was as well
Room was grungy. Shower hardly worked. Tub was slick. Tiles were cracked. Room was small and stale. Dark parking around the back of the hotel.
Upon walking into the room it was obvious no one had ever booked a room with intentions of staying all night. This place was straight of a murder mystery movie of the 70's. The shower was dirty, the comforter was stained, and the sink area had a dried red substance around it. If you are a trucker looking for a place to catch a few winks, this place may be acceptable, but for a family NO-WAY! I am from the area so I know the shabbier looking red carpet inn next door is a little better off. This hotel has updated the lobby to give the hotel a better look, but this days inn is a dud!
