Pros:Price was cheap for provided services. Experience was good with flight timeline.

Pros:It was very affordable
Cons:The prices for the luggage’s were very high and you could only take 7 kg as a carry on and no luggage’s, and it costs me 140,000 yen and my friend 250000 yen to check in luggage’s which is more than taking the train or the regular airlines.

Cons:wasn’t even able To take the flight due to a 30 min prior check in time. I️ was 4 mins late to the check in time. So they wouldn’t let me on the plane

Pros:Check in and boarding was professional and efficient. For a 2 hour domestic commuter flight it was comfortable enough.
Cons:Went to check in and they stated that I needed to pay for check on baggage. I found this flight through KAYAK, but had to book on the airlines site. Through the booking process there was no noticeable link to pay for check baggage. Ended up paying around $100.00 more, it’s not much but it definitely was a surprise and I think it would’ve been cheaper if I paid for it during the booking process. Oh well lesson learned.

Cons:Ten minutes before boarding, they told us that the flight was delayed by several hours. This made the flight useless to us, since there was an event we were heading to in Osaka.

Pros:Friendly crew and pleasant flight.
Cons:Checked two bags; in total the weight was under 30kg but one bag was over 15kg so we had to shift stuff from one to the other. Seemed like an unnecessary hastle when at the end of the day, 30kg worth of luggage went on the plane.

Cons:The check in was bad. We travelled with a toddler and went 2 hours and 45ish min before boarding to check in. The screen indicated that we can check in and after we had lined up with all our suitcases, stroller, crying toddler, they would come and told us that if we are checking in suitcases we can't check in yet. We were turned from the queue 2 times. It was very frustrating and inconvenient, especially since there wasn't a place to sit much. I raised a question as to why the screens are saying it is OK to check in. We were told that was only for people who did not have luggage to check in! Then the airline has more rules than I had experienced. "You can do this, you have to do that..." We felt bossed around the whole time and not comfortable. It became really annoying. The overall attitude is, "Be grateful we are allowing you to fly with us.", not "Thank you for giving us your business". This is my third experience with Jet Star and I have been disappointed every time. I am not flying with them ever again unless I have absolutely no other choice.

Pros:I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff members. I felt very welcome on board. The staff was very professional and courteous. The flight was pretty smooth Taking off and landing. Overall very happy with my experience.
