Slow check in
Nice locationKept up wellExcellent size of roomQuiet even though close to freewayRoom temperature seemed even
Pool room was very loud from a motor. Cleanliness issues - soap bars already open (have they been used?); towels seemed a bit dingy; there was a non-head hair on one of the pillows!Back staircase had a strong SMOKE smell.Fridge didn't work well
The size of the room exceeded my expectations.
The room was very warm and stuffy when we checked in. Took several hours for us to get it. On the second day our room didn't get cleaned until after 4:00. Towels were replenished but some of the used towels were left there. Bed sheets weren't changed.
The pool area was DISGUSTING! There is rust all over the kid's play area as well as dirt at the bottom of the pool that is visable from outside the pool. Hot tub and big pool as well. Just gross.
Fantastic stay. Good breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Great pool area for the kids. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
I liked the rooms, and I loved the staff. Every staff person that I dealt with from front desk to cleaning people were super!
Glad I had a phone to find it, because it would have been hard coming off of the freeway, in the dark, just because you saw it.
Clean hotel with nice amenities. A little bit secluded.
Comfortable bed, nice towels, great swimming area
breakfast was disappointing. Food was soggy.
The hotel met our needs for our family. The breakfast room was very nice. The breakfast was adequate but was nothing special. A breakfast meat to go with the scrambled eggs would have been appreciated. My toddler granddaughter would have loved a banana.
A bit difficult to find after leaving the expressway the first time. The two dogs across the hall were disruptive at times.
We had an entire baseball team stay at the hotel. The staff was kind enough to let us use a conference room so we could all have dinner together. Also, they had a great swimming pool that the kids had a blast in.
The hotel staff ! They were so helpful with directions and were very nice.
The beds were terrible , you sunk down in the middle !!! Terrible Pillows !
Our event was in Watertown, so we would prefer to stay closer, but this offers better rooms, bigger pool, and better public space than the hotels in Watertown.
odd spikes in the hot water while in the shower?
New motel. Nice facility. We liked the pool area. Decent size pool & hot tub plus a large childrens pool with slides. Large dining area. Good selection of foods & drinks----rolls, breads, waffles, cereal, eggs, & sausage. Should have used website directions instaed of Map quest. they left out one street & had the motel on the wrong street on the map.
Got a room here on short notice. Great facility, new, clean, but hard to get to off the interstate. Staff seems young and not too responsive. The airlines delivered my bags and nobody at the desk called my room. Hot Breakfast better than most, but staff was late one day and gravy was cold - had to go down the hall to microwave it. Still, nice enough that I'd come back.
