Pros:Room was clean, shower was great, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Cons:The worst hotel i stayed in US so far. Carpet was so dirty, room was so smelly and the breakfast is not good at all. Overall it was really a bad experience.

Pros:Good price and location. I was in one of the rooms that had been remodeled, one that was away from the construction, so there wasn't a problem with noise. From reading other reviews, I was expecting a very run-down motel, with only price as an attraction. I was pleasantly surprised. While there was some chaos and confusion, due to the remodeling, access was easy and the room I was in was clean and nicely appointed. Yes, there are evidences that this is a budget motel - no flat-screen TV, no fancy decor. But the beds were comfortable, and, being towards the middle of the motel, things were quiet and clean. Didn't have problems with the walls being thin, like other reviewers had mentioned. In short, for a short stay, for 1 or 2 nights, this was a good value. If the occasion arises, I would stay here again.
Cons:The only problem was the limited selection at the breakfast. I got there right at the end of the serving time, and there was only cereal to be had, no bread or bagels. That was probably my fault for waiting till the last minute.
