We enjoyed the king size bed that had a very comfortable mattress and bedding. Our TV had a variety of channels including HBO and Showtime. Also, the black out curtains were perfect for sleeping in.
We received a questionnaire in advance of our stay that included room preferences. We requested a high level room with a king size bed. Upon arrival, we received a room on the first floor with two full size beds. We then asked the attendant if our initial request could be met and as it turns out there was a room available that met our needs. She did not express concern for the unmet request or issue an apology. Our room was only cleaned once during our three night stay. We had to requested additional towels because ours were not replenished daily. We were going to have breakfast in bed but the room service line was busy for an hour. We tried the front desk and restaurant as well. All lines were busy.

I really liked the front desk staff. They were very understandable and eager to help with all of my needs.
I disliked the fact that my card info was taken for incidentals and my card was charged 60% of the actual overall room payment. I have never noticed that before but it was definitely an extreme negative mark when I saw that on my acct info. Yes I was told it would take 3 to 4 days for it to be placed back onto my account but it was still a big shock.
Some staff was nice and pleasant. The restaurant food was average but not bad. Bed was comfortable and we used the small gym. Some machines were not working 100% but you could still use them. Also the pool was nice
So the small detail was that there are many Four Points and we wanted the one by the stadium not the one by the airport. Huge difference. No one could help us with this and we wound up paying for two hotels for the weekend. It's pretty isolated so you need a car or taxi to get a good meal away from the airport. The hotel actually drove us to a local restaurant and said they could brng us back, but when we called they said they couldn't do it after all. If you want a place near the airport it's fine. A lot of pilots and stewards were staying there.
Rooms were small but the beds comfortable! Food at restaurant was average. Check in was quick and easy!
Attempted to order room service at 9am from our room- the hotel phone was not working so I called via my personal cell and spoke with AJ at the front desk. He said he would send someone to fix the phone but told me there was no room svc on Sundays- which is not true. He then proceeded to hang up on me. My friend and I had to physically go down to the front desk (were still in pj's, mind you) and spoke directly to the manager, who happened to be Aj who previously hung up on me! After he told us the restaurant is "right there" pointing to the restaurant, he finally gave me the phone to call room service. Unbelievable customer service. I've never been treated like that in my life. Especially at a "nice hotel." Aj must have had a change of heart and apologized for his actions 2 hrs later when we checked out and compensated our breakfast but I will never ever pay to stay at a Sheraton again. It was supposed to be a fun girls weekend and this is what we're talking about. I just hope other guests don't have to experience any of this.

The hotel is very near the airport and the shuttle ride is quick. A major draw is the 10 day free parking. The hotel looked like it was being remodeled but our room (we stayed twice) were comfortable.
The restaurant was terrible. Also the business center is joke. While the computer is nice it is placed five feet from a big screen TV. It gave me a headache to print out my boarding pass.
