The AAA Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua completed a $180 million transformation and features 463 guestrooms, including 107 one and two-bedroom Residential Suites; six restaurants; The Ritz-Carlton Spa; and Jean-Michel Cousteau's Ambassadors of the Environment program. The hotel is located on 54 acres in the midst of the 23,000 acre Kapalua Resort, featuring two championship golf courses, the Kapalua Adventure Center and a historic pineapple plantation.
