Pros:
The pickup was not at the Appleton Airport. I landed and went straight the Hertz counter and was told that I rented from Hertz half a mile down the road. They told me they could not change the rental and that I'd need to get an Uber to take me to the other Hertz location. I could however return the rental to the airport location. I won't rent from Hertz again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience.Cons:
They could have switched the rental or at the very least given me a ride to the other location. I had to pay my Uber driver $10 for the inconvenience that Hertz caused me.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I went to the wrong Hertz counter. I went to the one at the airport but I really had rented it from a counter about a 20 minute walk away. The woman behind the counter went way out of her way to ensure that I got to the right place comfortably. She was incredible.Cons:
I rented the car on Saturday to be brought back on Sunday. The woman at that counter did not tell me that the office would be closed on Sunday. I did not know how to return the car and did not feel confident that I did the right thing and was worried about being charged extra.2.0 Poor

The employees there were extremely rude and not willing to work with me whatsoever. Never going back. If I need to use a rental again, I'd rather go somewhere else than go back to that hertz and have that staff make me feel like a complete idiot. Horrible horrible customer service from the employees.7.6 Good

The staff was very friendly and I loved that they did the inspection with you. They were also very accommodating with the mix up in the price given.Cons:
My confirmation said I would be paying $18.70 including estimated taxes and fees. I called ahead to ask some questions and was informed the rental showed as $38. The staff was able to accommodate my booked rate. Not sure why there was a price discrepancy.10.0 Wonderful

It was not clear when I made the reservation on Kayak that I would be charged extra for mileage. Mileage would have added another $150 to my reservation, so I cancelled my rental at the last minute. I also had to cancel my trip entirely due to the added expense. It was disappointing and stressful. I wish the pricing was clearer. I'm not a fan of the car rental business model and usually try to avoid them.5.6 Fair

That you fooled me into believing I was getting a good price, when in fact you rented me a car w/o free miles included. Who does rent a car w/o at least a certain number of miles paid. So, what looked like a good price ended up to be a scam. I got the car directly from Avis for even less money than you pretended it would cost. Shame on on you for trying to scam people. Pros:
They are always sooo helpful and friendly at this location, I love dealing with the folks here. DO NOT make the mistake of using the Enterprise at the airport, which is ripoff city, and they are just plain rude. You actually save a ton of money by taking a taxi to this location from the airport.Cons:
