The staff is very helpful & friendly.
The pool and hot tub were great! Really nice (hot) breakfast with a lot of options. Day staff friendly. Shower pressure was good too; I have back pain and the shower helped some.
The evening desk person (working 9/8 and 9/9) was rude and condescending to patrons where English was poor. Appeared irritated as we asked questions for a third night stay.We bought groceries; frozen in fridge because of ice build up
Free Breakfast and WIFI
The swimming pool/jacquzzi, full breakfast and the the hotel is clean.
Great and clean and nice location

It was conveniently located next to a Fred Meyer store.
Nice place and very clean. Good breakfast and staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Convenient to my conference. Breakfast was adequate. Fan made sleeping possible
No air conditioning and it was very hot, unusually so.
The staff is really nice and my wife liked the hot tub.
Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I was impressed because there was a regional track meet and it was memorial weekend so high school kids where staying there and never hear a thing from the rooms around me.
The clean swimming pool and the deep jacuzzi!!
The old lady that works there she was mean!!
The pool and jacuzzi depth. Location and some of the staff were nice except the mean old lady . The room cleaners were great help.
The mean old lady that works there.
There have been many upgrades to this hotel, but it's still obvious it's an older establishment.
They never had hot water for tea, only coffee thermoses were kepts replenished. We prefer a hotel that offers a small kitchenette.
The hotel was very clean the rooms are very nice I would stay there again but on the other hand your staff was very rude
The morning staff she was very rude but I still would stay there
Excellent full buffet breakfast--great selections. Clean rooms and wonderful desk workers. We needed a wheelchair that they had readily available for our needs.
Location to Kenai, great breakfast
Small rooms and price (expensive)
My stay was very comfortable and the staff were excellent! They cater to their guests, my peference when I'm in the area.
