Staff was courteous and efficient -rom was very clean and bed was super comfortable -liked having refrigerator -one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had anywhere
Parts of the room were disgustingly dirty. Namely right next to the bed where I dropped my phone by the end table that had the room phone on it.
Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable, fridge & mw in each room. Perfect pool area! First hotel pool that has actually been heated! It was so warm, we loved not turning blue from frigid water!! Snacks in the evening, welcoming touch!
Everything was great!
polite & helpful staff, clean, quiet, beds & pillows are comfy.
The staff was extremely friendly. The location was great too as we were there for a wedding and the reception was just down the road.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The carpet had dirty spots and the ceiling had stains. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels, but there could be some minor repairs/cleaning done so these things would be nonissues.
Free breakfast and late afternoon snack as well as hot tub.
Nothing I can think of.
Nice, clean, comfy room. Staff was very friendly and polite. Snacks in the afternoon was a surprise!
Bathroom was small but doable.
Location, decent bedding
Two things I noticed. IN the public areas, deep cleaning was not evident (dust, smears, dull look) this was a winter time Friday. Secondly, they have a water problem-I would guess it is very hard. Shower pressure low, the white towels were not bright.
I always try to book at this Hotel, the people are friendly and very helpful, place is clean, and the breakfasts are great.
Good location. Easily accessible and short distance to restaurants in the area.
The staff was friendly but unfortunately didn't fix my complaints.
We asked for another room because ours smelled like smoke but no one did anything about it.
staff and location
very hard water! Lack of convenient plug ins for our electric car.
it was a hotel
air didn't work in room, they moved me.
Welcoming Afternoon drink and snack.
The first time I had booked a hotel with Priceline that did not have the availability of two beds instead of one king sized bed which meant I had to pay for a roll-a-way.
Checked in very late, on our way to Iowa. Our receptionist was wonderful. Allison. She helped us get situated, and was very friendly. The room was ok, clean and the usual Holiday Inn experience. Continental breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. One of the reasons we booked is the pool. Kids were in a van all day, and thought it'd be nice to let them relax. We were too late at night, and wanted to swim in the morn. Unfortunately, the pool was green. Otherwise, it was an ok stay.
our room was too close to the pool area and other people were having too much fun at at the pool. Very noisey!!
the elevator did not work. vending machines out of order on 3rd floor.
Great location,great staff
hot tub was closed, pool was freezing and elevators were closed as well.. and we were booked on the 3rd floor.
Our youngest son wasn't able to come home for Easter, so we decided to take Easter to him...I can't recall now why we chose this hotel but we decided to splurge and get a spa suite for my husband and I and got the boys (27 n 21) their own room. Our room was really lovely...all of the faucet and spigot features on the hottub were loose but they worked....the room our sons' were given had some blowers plugged in and a smoke machine...apparently in an effort to remove a vomit odor problem......the staff quickly got another room for them....so we had a truly lovely time.....if we ever have occasion to be that way again we would certainly come back. Also, my husband slept sooooo good....very comfortable beds
Good place to stay. Nicely decorated. Quiet. I'd stay here again.
After a stessful day flying 08/12! The check in clerk was less than friendly. They didn't have the room that I booked, we had no choice due to the late flight. Morning clerks & maids were very helpful. Probably wouldn't stay again. Breakfast bar was A +++++
