We did not like this hotel Call the 1900 number they said they couldn't help me and hung I on me. Had to look for a number on the mail box. Finally got checked in after an hour of our arrival. Will never use again rate o for out of town guests
Hotel was dirty smelly. Smelled like some one was smoking drugs and it smelled like dog pee. There were dogs in the hotel. Ad had continental breakfast there were nothing. Loby closed at 11:00, we got in at 12:30 and couldn't check in had to call
Cheap, Easy to Get to . Did not sleep here . Only used it for a 2 hours trick .
Hell it was $----. What do you expect .
Staff amd maods where rude. My credit card came up missing from my room.
The room was small and it smelled bad. It had roaches. Food on the floor in the hall. Elevator broke. Front desk clerk in the evening was rude he was on the phone while he was helping me. The extra pillow I got was in a ball. Silverware dirty.
Walking distince to stadium
Had a 2 cockroaches in room
The room was clean. The kitchenette area was great, and we totally would have used it more if we would have stayed longer. Also, it was in a great area. It was far enough away from all the hustle to be peaceful, but close enough to places to eat.
The water could've been hotter for my friend, but it was fine for me.
I found a cockroach in my bed and left before I got a channce to sleep
Not enough pillows. No coffee pot. No breakfast. We ate handicapped and the room was a long way down the hall. No computer in lobby for us to use and we had very important business to conduct.
Clean. Some things in disrepair. During my last nights stay there was no water. The plumbing problem still wasn't resolved in the morning. Left without a shower. Exit door was on the fritz.
Extended stay means not everyday room service.
Location was perfect for our visit. Check in staff was exceptionally kind.
Room smelled bad, cigarette butt lying on heat/air
No food and it was high cost for food and dirty
there was nothing I like about it I will never stay there again.
the room was cold could not turn heat on the bbutton was missing to turn on .the toilet was running all night .tile on floor was crack and coming up when you walk on them.i told the front desk about it and was told you had a experience .
The room is ok.
The night staff have awful customer service. You can tell that they don't want to be there. You can also tell that they completely hate their lives. You will notice this if you ever get locked out around 11, or arrive at the hotel right before they close.
Really good location. Close to mall and multiple restaurants
It's the first time I ever paid and stayed in my own hotel room.
2 cockroaches climbing the bathroom walls when we entered the room, it stunk like migrant farm workers the hallways and elevators stunk the walls were filthy and needed painting the whole place was a complete dump, I have pictures of the cockroaches
The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. It was also very close to the malls, restaurants and highways.
I would recommend this hotel it was convenient to shops/mall the highway and restaurants. The hotel front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The price was also good room was clean and comfortable to stay in.
This hotel sucks!! The beds are horrible and the rooms are dingy. I was pleased with lobby area and the smell of new carpet. But my attitude changed once I got to my room. The batroom was dirty and the beds were quite uncomfortable. It looked like a room that was used by construction workers. Chairs filthy. I was afraid to allow my children to sit on the chairs fully clothed. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not pleased at all.
Well I stayed there at Suburban in Kennesaw Georgia for about a month I was there to relocate to Atlanta I was happy because it was well with in my price range. You have to have key to get in the doors from the outside and with being a single women and new to the area, I was alitte concerned about my move. I will stay there again if need and i will recommend this hotel. \n\nThanks, \nTracy
