We had a quick trip and it offered everything we wanted- tiki bar, gorgeous accessible waterfront, even live music and s'mores! Delicious food, brunch buffet.
The king bed in our room was very comfortable. The on site bar and restaurant had a view of the sunset. The food that we ordered was very good and Jason the bartender who served us at the inside bar in the restaurant was very personable. The other staff we talked with in the restaurant were also outgoing, smiling, and friendly. They had a nice beach area with a small Tiki Bar.
Don't forget to turn in your room key! 20.25$ charge with no warning!
They were not good Stuarts of the gulf... There was trash on the sea floor. ( it had been there awhile.. And more than one piece)
the room was comfortable, the pool area was nice, the view from our room was great and we loved that you could slide the doors all the way open and have the water view seem like it flowed right into the room, plenty of towels and pillows, the bedding was comfortable, had couch in room also, was clean and newly remodeled, the lobby was very nice and the location was good for us
the fee that is charged $12 a night is rediculous I would bet that 100% of visitors staying at this hotel have driven their own car or rented one and drove from the airport needless to say they are ripping all of us off because you are not going to take a cab or shuttle to stay here you have to be able to get around the area and the hotel doesn't offer enough that you would never leave it so you have to go with a car they need to get rid of that fee that is the only thing that would stop us from returning to the hilton grande next year. When paying for a water view room you should have a water view if we hadnt been in the location and floor level we wouldnt have been able to see the water thru the trees and brush
I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to park there when Im already a guest.
The staff was very nice especially Wendy.
I did not see the need to charge $12.00 for parking.
A good location on the Florida Keys.
