Hotel was clean. No problems. We enjoyed our brief stay. Breakfast was fine.
My room was not clean, the tv did not work and food was terrible. I will not stay there again.
After traveling 14 1/2 hours we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. The room were simple but comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.
The staff was very hospitable. The rooms were very basic but clean and about what you would expect.
The hotel well located -easy to find. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms simple and clean.
The hotel was easy to find and the staff was helpful in assisting us to locate places to eat and visit. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable.
My brother and I stayed here while visiting ETSU. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. This hotel definitely needs some updating and the continental breakfast a bit disappointing. All in all a good stay though.
we stayed 3 nights and they were very nice i wuld stay again
Room was very nice. We had a long day (16 hrs) of driving and was looking for comfortable beds. My bed was ok, I did not sleep as sound but my daughter fell asleep and did not move an inch. The continental breakfast was good, especially since we needed to get on the road soon for another long day of driving.
The room was clean and very comfort. The staff was very pleasant and seen to be waiting for me when I arrived. Made me feel very special.
Very clean place, appears to have been painted in recent past. Beds were very comfortable, very convenient off I-81. Breakfast was worthless, did not even have tea and probably used 1 teaspoon of coffee for 20 cups. Thankfully Cracker Barrel right next door.
I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 6 months. I stop here on my way to Nashville, TN. The hotel is very easy to find coming off of I-81. The rooms have always been clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast has a good assortment to choose from and the staff keeps the eating areas clean. The food is fresh to include fruits, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. They even have a waffle skillet to make your own waffels. The pool was closed due to time of the year, but the area was clean and taken care of. Plenty of parking. There are two gas stations right across the street and if you like Wendys there is one next to the gas station. I have had a good night sleep on both visits to this hotel.
