location and the nanme
room, staff, price wouldn't even recommend to a homeless
Nothing really. Except my door cards didn't open my door so I had to go to office to open door..
Nothing, Below expectation.
The room was full of flies as big as small bird. my son was with me he even went across the street to use the bath room. If it wasn't 1:00 AM we would've went some where else.Shame on you Best Western to allow your franchise to have such facility.
Price and location
First we got assigned a room that was not clean, I had to go back to reception, second the new room smelled a lot to cigarette and non-smoking rooms were available
Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable room, free hot breakfast. Close to A&M. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Room had microwave and fridge.
Booked through Priceline, but the staff was very confused with the process of giving the room that was booked. The staff's confusion was present at check-in and check-out.
Quick and very easy check in, late at night.
We could not close the heavy curtains on our window facing the parking lot. You could see in through the thin white curtains and trying to sleep late was hard with the sun shining in.
There was a one inch crack at the top of the outside door, the attendant tried to charge me for my room a second time, even though I paid online already. The air conditioning only worked on low, which isn't good during a Texas summer.
Kids loved the pool. Staff was very nice & helpful.
Room was not clean enough. There was some trash on the floor & on the chair, hair in the tub and toilet was dirty w/no bar on the toilet paper holder. A/C did not work properly-not consistent temp (woke up several time during the night sweaty or cold).
The hotel was very good and the hotel staff was very accommodating. I asked for an early check in and they were very helpful. The room was very spacious and furniture was very nice.
Everything was great!
Stayed here one night while on a college visit with my daughter. We were given a room where the curtains wouldn
