value for the money
The location and the pool were nice
That the hotel had roaches in the rooms.
Great customer service. Front staff helped relocate us when our original room's carpet was still wet from cleaning earlier in the morning. The second room had a cigarette smell to it even though it was a non-smoking room, but the third room was great.
The pool was great and the breakfast was too.
THe parking and the location of the stairs.
Close to everything I needed to go.
No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the door was loose from the hinges
The staff was awesome
There were exposed wires and the carpet was torn up by the door
The bed and shower were great !
Breakfast ends a bit too early
Love the location and the pool, also the staff if very professional. sometimes it's like they are just watching you, but not here they mind their own business and treat you like a real guest!
Only that breakfast end a little early.
Good location, breakfast has diverse items. rooms were quite
Find 2 good size spiders in the room, which is 'ok' being in South TX, they may have to spray rooms more often
Great customer service
Room had an interesting smell, wasn't a deal breaker though
The location wasn't the best. The rooms and property was old. There was hair on my sheets.
It was very clean and peaceful.
The room had a bad odor.
Scarry as heck - I moved to a different hotel at additional cost because I was concerned for my safety.
friendly, accommodating staff
Pool was closed during our entire 4-day stay. Water was green w/ algae. BIg disappointment! Was one of the reasons for booking this hotel.
Nothing. On top of it all I was put in a smoking room with a broken door lock.

Location was easy to find (near highway). Room was well-appointed, and I was charged $15 less than I expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The Wi-Fi barely worked throughout my stay. Checking e-mail was a chore.
They honored my reservation and gave me a room downstairs since I needed that.
The carpet was so dirty, it was sticky and made my feet dirty, which made my bathwater dirty. The window has a cracked, has been that way since last yr,TV had a fuzzy picture; cover on the bed stunk of stale men's cologne,a man smoking pot in parking lot.
I was glad that the room my boyfriend and I stayed in did not smell of stale cigarette. It was spacious and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The wifi stopped working 30 minutes after my boyfriend and I got there which was difficult for us because we were there for business. No matter what we did, it did not work. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we both woke up with sore necks.
cleanliness and amenities. I had never stayed at the Quality Inn and was surprised how nice it was. Loved the softness of the sheets.
small things like finishes would make it like a 5 star hotel. You could easily tell where there was repair work by the messy finishing. The shower curtain had mold.
The closeness to Texas A&M campus.
The bathroom had so much mold in it that I didn't want to get into the shower.
It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was traveling with a small pet that I was able to keep in the room for a ten dollar fee.
I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel and requested that my room have two beds instead of a king, they told me that I would have to pay full price for the room instead of the price that I got on Priceline Three adults slept together
Nothing. Did not stay - found another hotel.
Very old, scarred furniture and musty smelling. should be rated 1 or lower.
Location was great, the beds were excellent, and though very old, and run down looking, the room was clean.
Sink had no hot water, and shower was only luke warm. I had to unplug refrigerator as it was ticking loudly. The water was bad for drinking, so we did not make coffee in the room. The microwave was very old, and small.
The location was perfect for where I needed to be. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was a smoking room and smelled like the worst ashtray in history. The front desk said because I booked on PL, she couldn't move me to a different less disgusting smelling room.
The room was clean other than a few flying insects
Only person on duty was a young woman who was very nice but lacked knowledge of the facility and the area. Training would help. Room very poorly lit. bathroom sink was lit by a light in a housing which was much to low for most people to use.
a/c made noise all night long room was not as clean since found medicine bottle by bed and room dusty overall. bad time
MOST STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.
MICROWAVE NOT WORKING, NEVER CORRECTED PROBLEM, BEDSPREAD HAD DOG HAIR ON IT, LAST NIGHT THERE ONE GUEST WAS LOUD AND FIGHTING, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE
Great breakfast, clean pool, clean facility. It is a safe place for families.
Parking for poolside second floor rooms was not convenient. The breakfast room does not accommodate more than 20 people at one time.
Friendly front desk
Flies in the room due to housekeeping leaving the door open to chat with each other.
Staff did a great job
The rooms reaked of smoke. Neighborhood kids riding bikes throughout the hotel grounds. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever rented using priceline.
Bad experience. Ice machine didn't work during the entire visit. Staff was rude and just didn't care. Second night there, electronic room key didn't work. Wife, son & I waited 45 minutes at 2:00am to get into room and not one 'we're sorry' from anyone. Next morning went to breakfast (don't bother with theirs) and came back and room key didn't work again. Another 30 minute wait. Problem was batteries in door unit. Bathroom very dirty, icebox had mold and floors dirty. Empty can under bed. Nasty!! Checked out.
