The bed was comfy
They charge a resort fee... Its not even a resort... The bathroom was OK could've been better.. They spent all the money renovating the lobby, the rest of the hotel needs it too.... There was the biggest hole in the ceiling down the hall from our room.
Had to walk far to get to our room and the rooms had a very strong mold smell!
I was charged double for the resort fee because this place and the hotel both give you a fee. Also I paid I king bed room but I was assigned a 2 bed room because the did not have anymore.
Rooms were nicely decorated and seemed to have been recently renovated. FOr the most part everything was clean and new. TV offered many channels not that we had time to watch much. Hotel has express food options at the lobby such as Pizza Hut Express and others.. Room service is offered for reasonable prices and a fairly good amount of options to choose from. Lobby was very nice and spacious... Also offered a busniess
Room was outrageously humid even after 2 days of having the A/C on it felt muggy and damp inside of the room as if you just took a hot shower and steamed up the place. Beds are okay i personally found them a bit stiff and pillows are very very soft so if you like firm pillows you should bring your own if you plan on staying here. No cell phone reception - T-Mobile = No service Verizon = Little to no service WiFi = Awful Parking = Terrible.. minimally lit and very distant and small for the amount of rooms this place has. If you're planning on sleeping in and visiting parks later in the day or at night this is not the place to stay.. staff is up cleaning and screaming down the halls by 8AM Plumbing - seems to be very poor.. Shower gives little water and it is either HOT or COLD no middle. Toilet struggled to flush even with nothing inside and sink filled up by just running the water to brush your teeth. Last but not least.. watch out for those FEES got hit with big FEES and TAXES on the morning of our stay. Which i thought were already covered at booking..
It was clean
They charge me extra
Wasn't too far from the park we were going to.
It smelt like mildew terribly. The room was stuffy and extremely damp. When we told staff at checkout she just wrote down the problem and said "sorry about that, I've never been in that room." My friend woke up with a terrible headache probably from breathing that awful smell in all night. There was also hair in the tub before we even used it- yuck! The line for check in took forever- understaffed. Parking wasn't good and so far from the pool we didn't even bother. Wouldn't go back again.
Nice pools and hot tubs. The facilities were very pretty.
The hotel seemed to be understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes to check in. The line at the reception desk was always long. The service at their main restaurant was also very slow.
The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool is amazing and well kept. Great location to food, stores, and Disney World.
The overwhelming smell of bleach when we walked in the room. But at least this allowed us to know it was well cleaned.
Location was great, beds were comfortable, and room was clean. Staff was helpful.
When I arrived AC was off and room felt like a sauna. Parking is a challenge. I had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk through 2 buildings to get to my own.
The room was clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable. Our room was ready on arrival.
I called the night before to see if it would be possible to check in at 7 am because we were driving and would arrive early. The agent told me that I could check in early only if I paid for an extra night. When I said that I could not justify paying for an extra night just for an extra hour or two, the agent repeated himself and hung up on me.
Room was dated but clean and comfortable.
Bellman not at his station to request a taxi. Pool area filthy (diaper pieces and hair balls in pool, garbage not picked up daily). Family member had problems with clogged toilet multiple times. Shuttle was late and made multiple stops when it's supposed to be direct. Mandolin's Restaurant buffet was awful. Door key didn't work. Could not adjust AC temp in room. No shuttle to Universal - $35-40 one way. Stairwells were dirty and smelled like sewage.
While staying there, the bathtub water kept dripping...all day, all night. Maintenance came to look at it and when I asked if it was fixed he said "just close it tight" What kind of fixing is that? The problem isn't with closing the damn thing, it's that it still drips even though you tighten it.
We enjoyed how comfortable the beds were, as well as the mini fridge, and the cleanliness. The pool was nice, but we didn't go in, it was too cold.
Rust on the metal objects in the bathroom, the wrinkled shower curtain, the room smelled like a bunch of stoners occupied it last. The carpet felt moist and sticky, like that from a dirty used mini van floor.
I liked the pool, the bed, and the decor.
The satff was rude when i called for a towels. I called multiple times and it took 3 hours to get 3 Towels. I have kids with me and people had doors open smoking weed and stuff and thats not somthing 5 year olds should see but thats my opinion.
Location, housekeeping, friendly staff
Air conditioning/thermostat, non-working TV, hallway noise, parking lot entrance room key device horrible,
Location; hotel is really close to Magic Kingdom and I-4, so easy access to whole area. Room was nice and clean, albeit small. Lobby was nice with bars and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel is a convention center, so you can't really predict the people that will be there. A certain group at the hotel had people in the hallways all night making noise and the entire ground floor of one building smelled of tobacco and marijuana smoke the whole time we were there The hotel did nothing to stop this. It was very unpleasant having to walk my small children through that area. Also, there is a resort fee of $20 per day I was not aware of until check in to cover things like distant parking and incredibly useless, slow internet. Lastly, the AC unit in our room was so old it would rattle so loudly when it would start up it would wake us up sometimes in the middle of the night. Price of hotel outweighs how close it is to Disney, stay at a Sheraton or Marriott if you can.
The location was great, the rooms were clean and the decor was nice. The price was excellent!
The bathroom was really small!
The room was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were on the even number side on 8th floor and received a free fireworks show thanks to Disney and the location of our room. Too bad nature decided to turn off the heat for the few days while we were there. It went back to 80 when we left. This is my new go to place when visiting Kissimmee and Orlando. It is next to old town so we were able to see all of the classic and muscle cars for Halloween. Had a great time.
I loved everything
The outside doesn't look that great but the lobby and the rooms are lovely.
Good location good facilities
Clean, pretty quiet, staff was nice, enjoyed having the mini fridge.
There was a lot of wear and tear in the bathroom, rusty spots and paint missing. It didn't look as nice as the last room we stayed at in the same resort.
Our family found the location to be extremely convenient to the amusement parks and the airport. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, quiet and the beds were very cozy. We loved the two pools, it made it possible to have a relaxing time away from the noise of children enjoying the slide. The two types of music around the poolside was enjoyable. Movies, bingo, large chess were just some of the extra perks. The most impressive was the very friendly and helpful staff who provided coupons, directions and other answers.
Heated pool, eAsy access, lication
Clearly and older facility trying to mask its age, putting lipstick on a pig
there isn't so much I can say if I like staying there. There were a few thinngs that I disliked the bathroom was not clean found long hair in bathtub, not enough Kleenex in the bathroom, 1 toilet roll was already use from previous guest, bath towels were hard, and clock in room was wrong and checked out earlier than my check out time before 11 a.m.
Love the proximity to Disney. Close to good breakfast spots. Economical. Friendly staff.
Sheets were stained. Elevators and hallways had funky smells. Full size beds are outdated, they should be replaced with queens.
