Homes and Condos are located in the areas most desirable communities close to Disney,the Kissimmee/Orlando area attractions, dining, shopping and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a private and affordable pool homes with the luxury of having an entire home to themselves. These homes are a popular alternative to hotel rooms because they give guests the comfort and convenience of having enough space to allow all of their family to vacation with them. Guests can relax after a long day at their own pool. All homes are beautifully furnished and equipped with a full kitchen, bed linens, towels, washer/dryer, cable, AC, phone, master bedroom with own bath and a fully screened patio and in ground swimming pool (private pool homes only). All homes are self catering. A car is essential as no public transportation is availbale. ****Important - ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORBITZ confirmation you must please email to: directions@legacyrentalhomes.com to receive your directions and instructions to register and check in to your private home/condo or pre-register on their website www.legacyrentalhomes.com. Failure to do this could result in not being able to check in. PHONE 407-567-7488 and leave a message with your details and email address so we can forward the directions to you. You can check in any time after 4pm Mon-Sun. Address and neighborhood of homes vary as they are all private, but are all in the Disney area. Not all homes are located at Indian Creek. Homes are within 10-25 minutes of the area attractions (subject to traffic) and are located in Osceola, Polk and Lake counties. You must pre-register (by calling 407-567-7488) before your arrival by providing credit card details for a $300 security deposit. If you pre-register you may get directions to go directly to the vacation home 48 hours prior to your check in date. Card is only charged if damages occur. Photos shown are an example of a home, furniture layout, pool areas and sizes may vary. Not all homes have a jacuzzi. **Town Homes/Condos have a community shared pool. Private Homes have their own private pool. Pool heat is only available for stays of 5 nights or more and is payable upon check-in ONLY, rates vary. IMPORTANT***Stays 5 nights or less are subject to a CLEANING FEE payable locally upon check in. 2bed $65,3Bed $85,4Bed $95, 5Bed $110, 6Bed $155 & 7Bed $175.
